For tasty, casual beach fare. Great burgers and fish sandwiches. Nice terrace to hide from the sun. Cold bear. Casual crowd.

Have gone there in multiple opportunities to eat great fish! Please try a large fried snapper, you won't regret it... It gets busy around 1 in the afternoon and specially on weekends but worth the wait!

We stopped for lunch at about 2 PM after a tour of the Cape Florida Lighthouse. The restaurant was nearly full when we arrived. After sitting at our table it was a considerable time before a server showed up to take our order. My wife had one of the daily specials, a portabella mushroom sandwich, while I had a grilled... The place is a beach food cafe, so we do not expect something fancy. It is just steps from the beach with a water view, breezy and nice. We thought that we will found only junk food, but the food was fresh, with good options as very fresh avocado salad, conch fritters, fried sardines and reasonably priced. The squirrels are... More

Service was not nice and too slow. Food was poor, the avocado salad ($8) barely has greens, and to add a protein the price doubles. The "natural" pinnaple juice felt like it came out of a can, it was too sweet. It is the only place we found near the lighthouse, so I suggest to bring food from home.

Worst food ever, don't go here, take your own food. I ordered avocado salad they gave me 3 whole avocado halves, with unchopped iceberg lettuce. My wife ordered a salmon burger which was the grossest thing I ever tasted. Location is great but you better take your own food and do a picnic.

This cafe was very conveniently located beside a great public beach. We would recommend the spring basket and the cuban rice. It has great views and worked perfectly for our family.

It is quite a seafood and Cuban food place. Great "Lechon." I eat there quite frequent. The owners also own another seafood restaurant at the entrance of the park with an incredible view of an ocean inlet named Boaters Grill at No Name Harbor. My daughter got married on the lighthouse beach and we had the wedding party at the... More

Okay so this is an example of not everything is as it looks. This little cafe looks like a dive from the outside. They have a nice area in the back where they've set up wooden chairs and tables. I've posted pics of the view from the restaurant. Initially, I thought ordering would be cafeteria style but they do in... More

By far one of the worst service I received in a restaurant. One hour waiting for receiving a tuna sandwich. The sandwich was low quality too. Furthermore the waiter was not kind and did not excuse for the delay. Also the other food was really low quality.

Thank Aponino
