We ate at the Conch Shack twice while on vacation, the food was great, very nice employee. He totally understood my husbands shellfish allergy and took every precaution to prepare food he could eat!

Fun place to grab some fresh fried shrimp. Right next to Hog's Breath, with the music spilling over to the outside counter while you eat. Daiquiries are just run-of-the-mill street beverages...go to a a real bar for a better drink.

Was included as a part of a food tour my husband and I did. We were given a very generous portion of conch fritters with a dipping sauce that were very good. Not too dense, like some other places. We ate several fritters while there and these were the best.

This is one of the places I have to stop at every visit. I love the conch fritters. It is also very convenient while walking Duval.

Tried the mahi bites, conch fritters and ceviche and all were TOPS. Cash only location in a little nook on Duval with a few seats in the front and a few back by Hog's Breath to listen to music. Fast service and food cooked fresh. This place was PERFECT and inexpensive.

Based on reviews we headed here for lunch. First surprise was that they only accepted cash, but scraped together $40 and tried the lobster rolls ($16/each). This is the 3rd place we've had lobster rolls in past 2 weeks and the lobster rolls we're good but ranked 3rd in our minds. Lettuce filled over half the roll and lobster meat... More

Have been to Key West many times and always wanted to taste a conch fritter. The woman at the smoothie shop suggested The Conch Shack. First of all it is a 'shack'. I am in Key West, and I have eaten many a good meal at "shacks"so I overlooked the crud and ordered the small three piece offering. Watched the... More

We had read a lot about this place and headed for it for our first meal in Key West. Very disappointed! Served in a plastic basket, the fried conch had hardly a taste. While being right on Duval Street, the uncomfortable stools did not make the stay pleasant. The fries were mushy and became cold quickly. Definitely not interesting.
