This is based on 9 people. 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 kids. First, a lady at the lower deck radioed me for a table at the upper deck since it's first come, first serve and an hour wait at the lower deck. I was...standing next to the only 2 tables and 1 round table to wait for help to pull them closer when finally someone came over. Apparently there was some mistake so they moved us. But before they did, Rachel (waitress) looked at me and said, 'You're not sitting here. My customers are." Whoa. Ok, no problem. Dodge that bullet! So we sat somewhere else. Christi was our waitress. Ordered drinks. Took a long time to get them. Then she took our order. She wasn't too happy when we asked for modifications, like, no tomato on a burger. She laughed and said, "I don't think they'll get this right. They can't read well." talking about the kitchen staff. Well, our food wasn't as we ordered but oh well. The burgers we ordered were cold. Fries were good and so was the chicken Parm. I didn't like that there menu was limited and they don't separate oil for those with allergies. I went to the bathroom and on my way back Rachel was taking an order and saw I was trying to squeeze by. She did not move or acknowledge me even when I had to move between her and a chair and I glazed her slightly she didn't move out of the way. Between the food, service, and bill over $230, we won't be returning.More

Excellent fresh fish. Good prices and service! Cocktails were delicious.. prefer a real glass but we are outside by the water so understandable... Had the hogfish with a delicious sauce. We all loved our entrees.

Nice place to visit, service was very good. Oysters were properly shucked and fish tacos were a very large portion. After spending your money at Worldwide Sportsmen you can have a beer and lunch and enjoy the view. There are plenty of pigeons but don't...bother you unless you leave the table. They like to peck your food.More

The best customer service and food on a constant level and never disappoints throughout the years and hurricanes. 20+ years going here with family or with hubby alone.

Stopped in here because the Zane Grey Lounge has been permanently closed, much to our disappointment. Bottled beer is overpriced but had an enjoyable time with other people seated at the bar. Stole Ellie the Waitress' pen, with her permission to remind me of a...good time!More

The tables near the building have bird poop on the chairs. I accidentally sat in it and got it on my hand. I had to go to the bathroom and clean it off with soap. I think this is a common occurrence since they hose...off the chairs in this area. I told the waitress that my chair had poop on it and I put it aside. They then used it for another table..., The food was good but slow to come out. If you go here check out the chairs before you sit down!More

For years we have come here a few nights a week while on vacation and usually enjoy the food. The price was normal for the area, but this trip the amount of food went down and the price went up so it only got 1...visit this year. Maybe the next trip will be betterMore

This, being our second visit, was very disappointing. Our waitstaff was not very engaging. ( They were not busy),we told our guests that they would h have great food and atmosphere. We got it right on the atmosphere. The rest went downhill. Two orders came...out incorrect, three orders were cold and the fish entree was overbooked. Needless to say, disappointed is an understatement. Next visit to the Keys will not include this restaurant. I know it’s a COVID world, but that should make staff more aware and mindful of those willing and wanting to dine outMore
