Authentic, low key atmosphere, friendly service and wonderful food. The tomato soup was amazing as was the key lime pie. Great spot!

I was thrilled to find out that Barracuda Grill was spared by Irmageddon. As a resident of KCB, I couldn't wait to get back to dine again at my fave restaurant. Last night my wait was over. The Perky Pork Potstickers were amazing. The salad...More

My husband loved the lamb here, and the waitress Rachele let me swap out scallops for shrimp on the scampi. Biggest fattest scallops ever, and so sweet and tender. Escargot marsala is decadant!

The house made hot sauce here is incredible, spicy dishes can be served with the 'hot' on the side. Nice local fish, very tender lamb. Great wine list, waiter Rachel let us sample wine and salad dressings. Funky decor, crayons!!!

The salad dressing here is so good, garlic garlic garlic!!! The menu is all over the place, with all kinds of appetizers and dinners, definitely something for everyone. Kids menu has good stuff too, not just chicken tenders like most places. We had the scallops...More

Barracuda Grill is with out a doubt one of the best restaurants in Marathon. It's maybe the only place where you will consistently receive good food, service, and atmosphere. Kasey took care of us the other night and made us feel like family. Courses were...More

There's nothing specifically wrong with The Barracuda Grill. The decor is OK, Service is OK, Food is OK. However, when the bill comes you just feel that it's 10% or 20% too much money for what you get. The food's not brilliant; there's better dining...More

The original definition of a restaurant used to be: owners cooking for their guests and extending the personal touch to their time at the joint, serving great food, wines, beers and having personal conversations, time allowing. That's why they come back! And that's what we attempt to do every evening that we serve dinner. Our great servers get to know you and handle the conversation when we are frankly too busy to leave the kitchen at times. After 23 years of service, I think we are going to make it!! Thank you to all that have graced our little spot over years, thanks a million!! Lance and Jan Hill, Chefs/Owners (and by the way, we love kids, have a few of our own, and provide a special menu just for them!) Please check Victoria Shearer's new book that just came out: Florida Keys & Key West Chef's Table, to grab a recipe or two :) Our menu is updated and printed daily. As a side note: we are not the least expensive restaurant in town, nor are we the most expensive. We provide an honest example of the expense to this site for your comparison. And the menu is hung just outside the front door. We do not automatically add a gratuity as routine. In this life I've found, you truly get what you pay for. At Barracuda Grill we respect that adage, respect your business and attempt to earn it every night we offer service (Thursday thru Saturday). PS. We are in the twilight of our cooking careers and look forward to serving you very soon!
