Food is good. If you order a steak make sure you tell your server to add seasoning. Great view of the Gulf

Sandy Hook has a huge menu, this place is full of trinkets on the wall of all sorts of decor, Xmas, seashells, teddy bears, just fun. I had the MahiMahi, he had the grouper, both were very good. Denise, our server was super friendly, caring and did an excellent job. Be prepared to wait just a bit if you go... More

Mid level sort of bar food, with wall to wall glass overlooking the water. Do not try: prime rib, pasta, key lime pie. Do try the burgers and other sandwiches. A $7 James Bond martini was small but delicious - the real thing. All in all worthy, and a nice view, but nothing special foodwise.

If you like pirate food that's the place. If you are a food lover it's not the place for you. The same holds true with the men,s room. Years ago it was a must to be. Now it's for us a place to avoid.

It's a good meal, nice atmosphere with view of water, but it seems that the portions are smaller than they were a few years ago. Still, I'll go back.

Omg! The food here is so good! I have been meaning to try this place, but put it off for years. We went there yesterday and the food was soooooooooooo good. Homemade. It was awesome and I know we will be going there all the time now. I even noticed the wait staff has worked there for a long time... More

Hubby and I decided to stop in on a Tuesday night, it was about 8pm on a Tuesday and the place was packed. Regardless of the crowd, we were immediately greeted by a pleasant hostess and sat at a table by the window. Our server, Daakota aka "Daa" came to our table almost immediately. She was friendly and helpful and... More

Wonderful food and very nice & friendly service. We walked from our vacation rental house just across the street and enjoyed dining there several times. The view is spectacular.

Went here for dinner. Was good but nothing brilliant. Would have liked to have seen more fresh fish dishes, grilled/broiled rather than sauces or fried... It wasn't busy which was nice and we had a beautiful view. Stone crabs were good.

This is a quaint family owned restaurant with delightful and entertaining decor. The food prices are reasonable and they have daily specials. I had the prime rib for $12 and it was excellent. The crab cakes were excellent although a bit more pricey at $18. Drinks are priced fairly and overall, I'd say the food is great for the price.... More
