Had a table for 2 on a Friday night, 9pm. Restaurant was surprisingly quite empty. We started having a foie gras each. They could even offer a glas Sauternes along with it. The starter was nicely arranged, but eating it, it turns out to be not well balanced: the sherry maple gastrique along with granola and apricot was killing the... More

A miami spice menu up to the top of culinary Heights, best of many good Dade restaurants. Worth driving 65 miles and more! Excellent wines and up to the best ratio of food /services and value.

Tuyo restaurant is hidden gem in Downtown Miami!!! The service is excellent as well as the ambience. We took advantage of Miami Spice menu and it was delicious!!! The lamb belly slider was to die for, and I'll still taste the crispy calamari with delicious aioli. Make sure to make reservations to this restaurant...

My husband and I went to Tuyo went for our anniversary dinner. We wanted to try somewhere new that would also be a bit of an experience and not just dinner. I made the reservation online and asked for a seat by a window with a good view since it was our anniversary. When we arrived the hostess wished us... More

My best find in Miami. Nestled above the Culinary Institute on the 8th floor with an outstanding view of the city - the menu changes monthly and but can tell every I is dotted and t crossed. Lowkey and great place to impress someone special.

Upon arriving at the Miami Culinary Institute building in downtown Miami, I looked around in dismay, as many vagrants seemed to be congregating in the area. I thought to myself that this place was going to be a nightmare. Not the place where we would find a lady. Things started looking up when we were directed at an elevator to... More

The food was simply amazing. Great amuse bouche of cold soup, delicious bread, and the sword fish was like butter (not the steak like consistency that if often the case). Service is thoughtful and unobtrusive and the space has a great view with not too many tables.

Our conference group was able to participate in a cooking competition at the culinary institute. Afterwards we were able to eat here. While we had a limited menu, everything was great. However, what was even more impressive was the view of downtown Miami, the arena and the Freedom Tower. Really enjoyed the food, view and experience.

This place is located in a lively area of Miami Bayside. Just minutes away on a walking distance from the docks where all the tours start. It is located almost in front of the American Airlines Arena, and has one of the nicest views in the city. Joselyn was the best waitress I have had in years, she is bubbly,... More

We were 4 and the food was average at best for everyone. Very expensive. Truly not worth what you pay. Beautiful setting.
