Huge selection of sweet and savory pastries, delicious! Lots of "regulars" eating treats and drinking coffee, very busy place.

We stop here all the time in the afternoon after the beach for a cortadito (café with hot milk and foam) and an empanada (savory meat pastry) or one of the many delicious sweet pastries. The place has just a few tables for two and is always crowded but worth the visit.

This is a great little Venezuelan bakery! They have all kinds of food, especially baked goods. We ordered a few things to bring back to our hotel - a tres leches, a dulce de leche pastry and an pastry with oreos, along with a colada. Everything was delicious! We were there on Christmas Eve day, and they had all sorts... More

This bakery has the most wonderful empanadas, hot and tasty, priced fair. The bad part of this bakery is the customer service, the employees are cold and rude, and if you speak English, they do not interact with you, it is very strange. Also, the bakery is very small, so it can get packed. It is time for them to... More

If you are not familiar with Venezuela or its food, you must try this place! You will also get the benefit of meeting some very nice Venezuelan families/ people. This has it all, great coffee, fantastic bakery items, empanadas, cachitos and treats not seen at home on grocery shelves for years. One of my favorites is the Golfeado, a must... More

Loved the empanadas. The employees can be a bit nicer though. I'm not Venezuelan so I wasn't sure what the items were. I kept asking the employees about the different items and they showed to be bothered. The food itself was good though.

This place used to have very friendly staff. Well, not anymore. We went in trying to order a cake for a celebration, and the lady that helped was very rude, got upset when asked about different cake options and ripped off the paper where she was taking the order. We left, and decided to do business elsewhere. We are NEVER... More

Perhaps we had the wrong or too high expectations given we are Venezuelan food fans and made a trip up there from South Beach. Its exactly what it is, a bakery with - as far as we could tell - no cooking or grilling on the premises. The arepas according to staff were all made and finished in the morning.... More

All food is very good; mostly the Venezuelan. They have tried to replicate bread and empanadas from other places (Chile, Argentina, etc.) but not quite good. If you go there, order Venezuelan delights, they are very, very good.
