Puerto Sagua is a Cuban diner in South Beach one block west of Ocean Drive at 7th. The food and service are terrific and the diner atmosphere authentic. This is no place for a romantic dinner or for a gourmet meal. But it is our favorite restaurant on SoBe for good food and great people watching. Parking is easy at... More

As soon as we arrive in South Beach and check into our hotel, we head straight here for a Cuban Sandwich and Café Con Leche. (This time, we also split a stuffed banana appetizer and a coconut flan for dessert.) We also do at least one breakfast and dinner here! The cuisine is authentically Cuban, the prices are very reasonable... More

A local mainstay. Delicious Cuban food, authentic style. Whenever we have visitors in town, Puerto Sagua is our first stop because we want to share the love! Everything is always so tasty. The specials are great for eating well on a budget. Huge portions, explosive flavors. Shout out to Sandy the waitress who always takes excellent care of us! We... More

Went for breakfast which was v good and atmosphere was nice so after a kind if manic night on Ocean Boulevard the previous night decided to return for our evening meal. We were not disappointed, although it was busy service was good and our food was delicious, pork fillet with black beans washed down with a Cuban ale. Nice one!... More

We've walked by Puerto Sagua many times wihile in South Beach. Decided on this visit to check it out for a good breakfast. It did not disappoint. We both had the poached eggs, sausage, hash browns, and english muffin. The eggs were cooked perfectly, & the hash browns were great. Good sausage. Overall a fantastic breakfast. With an old school... More

Good Cuban food in a no-nonsense setting. Came in after flying back into Miami from out of the country. Wanted Cuban and this came up as the top pick. Walked right in and was seated. Food came out quick, and was great. Prices don't break your wallet, which was refreshing, for it to be on South Beach. Got the arroz... More

A friend who goes to Miami Beach frequently suggested Puerto Sagua and she was right - this is a very good Cuban restaurant. It's busy all the time so just dive in and enjoy yourself. I had the fish and shrimp with Spanish sauce and it was very freshly made and came with salad and white rice. I also had... More

Whether you perch at the counter for a pulled pork sandwich (amazing!) or sit and have dinner, if you like simple well executed Cuban food then I'd recommend Puerto Saguas. We had great food (several times in one holiday!) and good service. Oh, and unless you're starving, you can share a sandwich if you have a friend!
