We've been coming for years and love the place. As were only in Miami once each year or two it's wonderful to see that certain things never change. We normally eat outside but last night was too humid so we ate at 7:30 inside and it was wonderful with nice people.

Real Italian dishes and recipie without compromises, excellent and well trained staff , The outside part is cool and vibe , the inside restaurant , wow , I love it , looks like a private British club lounge , the glass wall above the bar is absolutely fascinating ! Thanks Niky for the lovely hospitality! F.

We ate at Quattro on a Monday night. A pleasant outdoor setting on Lincoln Road mall. However, the food was mediocre at best. Ossobucco Milanese ($50) was dry and tough, because it had not been cooked slowly. The accompanying risotto was gummy and semi-solidified. Overcooked, too much cheese. The polenta accompanying the costatine ($39) was tasteless. Rucola insalata ($14) was... More

I had lunch, it was quite good, pretty tasty, I guess they had some twists to the Italian cuisine, It wasn't too crowded at the time that I went, but dinner seems a different experience, I rather enjoy the quiet time I chose.

The food is pretty good especially the seasonal white truffle menu , I tried the fontina fondue with white truffle and it was really good ( definitely not an appetizer though , you will be full after eating that ). Spaghetti al vongole was a success. The service is pretty average

All of our dishes were very good with the right amount of food and flavor. It was busy so service was just ok due to need for more servers. The location on Lincoln road is great for people watching while enjoying a nice lunch/dinner. The restaurant offers umbrellas to protect you from the sun as well as an interior space... More

On a Wednesday evening the place was empty. While the food was good (agnolotti, milanesa, risotto, ossobuco) one wonders that the highest service charge that I have seen in Miami Beach is not announced at the entrance. We were there on a recommendation. Disappointed, while other Italians with better food have lower a charge.

Quattro Gastronomia Italiana, a truly authentic Italian restaurant on famed Lincoln Road in South Beach. You'll be tempted to bring a passport when dining at Quattro; you'll feel like you've just been transported to Northern Italy. This Milanese-style trattoria is decorated with imported Italian materials but never more impressive is the amazingly authentic cuisine created by Chefs Nicola and Fabrizio Carro, identical twins from Alessandria in the Piemonte region. They adhere to traditional methods of preparation and use only the finest ingredients imported from Italy. Pasta and fresh seafood take center stage in many of the dishes, although veal is another prevelant element on the menu. Dessert options include housemade gelati, while the bar features many classic cocktails and an all-Italian wine list. As they say in Italy - and at Quattro - "BUEN APPETITO!" - Visit Quattro at JW Marriott in Mexico City
