RESTAURANT'S FAVOURITE REVIEW
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 November 2016

This is one of those places that you will NEVER forget after going there, and you will make it a point to come back ANY TIME you are in the area. The couple who made this place had "the experience" as a primary goal of a dining opportunity. One was a chef, and the other an artist, both incredibly gifted.... More

Was told the cakes here were great, so came for dinner. Very strange atmosphere in the restaurant (heavy on the Christmas theme) and its split up on different floors. Tons of "stuff" all over the place, lots dust collectors. Ordered the fried grouper with a bake potato. It was very greasy and the the baked potato was a "double" baked... More

If you're headed down to Sanibel and Captiva, you must visit The Bubble Room. It's a fun atmosphere and the food is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Hate to say it, but my most recent Bubble Room experience was not as good as my previous visits. The service was terribly slow. I think our server was new. Everything just seemed undercooked. The bread, normally fantastic was wet and soggy. My mothers pasta was not cared for. The ambiance, however is fabulous and it was fun to see... More

Guaranteed you've never eaten anywhere like this place! The waitstaff are referred to as Scouts. Strange, off-the-wall decor. There are lots of 20's-30's-40's antique pieces. Food is good and plentiful. Service is outstanding. My shrimp (breaded and fried) was outstanding. Big on seafood, but also beef and pork chops. But the Bubble Room is known for their huge slabs of... More

This visit was the first time we went to the Bubble Room for lunch. We both ordered the burger which comes with a topping they use on their "cheesy bread" (only available at dinner). You can only get the burger at lunch (kids might be able to get one for dinner). Anyway, the burger is huge and fantastic. Anyone reading... More

The food was excellent and served in a timely manner. Our scout (waiter) Lester was friendly and professional. Many nostalgic things to see. Wait till you see the cake!

Food is great. Any and everything. Try the Bubble bread. The décor is unique and festive as are the servers in costume. A must do! French Onion Soup was great and She Crab soup was delicious but rich. Pork chops were excellent. Dinner for 2 with soup, main entre, and 2 drinks each. $90.00, tax and tip extra.

We visited The Bubble Room 28 years ago and we were excited to go back for our 25th anniversary. It was as much fun as we remembered. The bartender Robert was GREAT!!!!! I would love to give my review 5 stars but...... we went early. They were not crowded and unfortunately we felt VERY VERY rushed!!! Not comfortable when we... More
