This restaurant is past it's best and needs to be replaced. Last time we went it was fun with good food. It now looks tired, along with its staff and it's food. Time for something different.

I would love to tell you all about how Elizabeth was the greatest server of our entire Florida experience, but that would not even come close to telling of her awesomeness... We had had a long day/week and were needing to relax, came to the 50's prime time as it is a must stop on any Disney vacation. We had... More

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant and the staff were a lot of fun. This was one of the only Disney restaurants though where we thought the food was just ok. It closely resembled the 50's TV Dinner theme, which makes sense I guess. I wouldn't go back to this one.

Sooooo fun and sooooo delicious. The banter and sarcasm was great, but if you do not enjoy being scolded for elbows on the table or told to put your "walkie talkie" (cell phone) away then this is NOT the place for you. We however embraced the experience and loved the wait staff wit. The meatloaf was YUM. Portions are on... More

We loved our dining experience here. You are seated at your own 50's kitchen table. The waiters are hilarious...remember no elbows on table & no cell phones. Both the fried chicken & pot roast were delicious (I didn't expect the food to be great and it was fabulous.. plus the margaritas were awesome!). Reserve and table and enjoy!

Here's the short version : food is solid and nothing to write home about. But the atmosphere and the server staff in character of 'momma's House's was spectacular. Funniest experience at Disney thanks to our server Hakon...The one with the cheese tattoo on his leg.

Themed after life at the dinner table in the 50's, just as advertised. The decorations are all relics of the past with comfort food on the menu. Portions are large and tasty you better eat your vegetables or you will hear something about it he he.

Our family group of 6 visited for an early evening meal during a busy time at Disney. We did not have a reservation but were able to get seated around 15 mins. From arrival. The food was themed on traditional New York. My 'combo' of meat loaf, chicken and ribs was substantial and tasty. Kids were well looked after and... More

Eat at your own 'kitchen table' with waitresses who remind you "elbows off the table!" and "no dessert unless you eat your vegetables." Fun for anyone who remember the 'old days' and wants to share that experience with their family. Mind your manners and have a great time.

My family and I didn't care for our meal, but this dinner was the highlight of our trip!!! The waiters and staff were hilarious!!! I can't wait to go back again! They had grown men get up and do "I'm a Little Teapot" skit. Our waiter was picking on my daughter. I was crying because I was laughing so hard.... More

50's Prime Time Café serves classic American comfort food in a TV-themed setting. The restaurant sits across from Echo Lake in Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park. The 50's Prime Time Café menu includes family favorites like golden fried chicken, traditional meatloaf and pot roast, cooked the way Mom used to make it—that is, if Mom were a 1950s sitcom star.Be welcomed into Mom's family and feel at home in her kitchenette. But Mom expects you to mind your manners, so don't be surprised if she tells you to keep your elbows off the table. It's all part of the old-fashioned fun and gentle ribbing that's served up along with the food.TV Tables and Tune-In LoungeFor a special treat at 50's Prime Time Café, grab a "TV Table" that seats up to 4 diners and has a television next to the table that broadcasts clips from popular prime time sitcoms circa 1955 including "Father Knows Best" and the original "Mickey Mouse Club."Bop into 50's Prime Time Café for lunch or dinner. Cocktails, wines by the glass and frosty beers are available from Mom for Guests 21 years of age and older, or relax in the Tune-In Lounge full-service bar and sip Dad's Electric Lemonade or Grandma's Picnic Punch. From the mid-50s knick-knacks and memorabilia that decorate this restaurant to the dessert menu displayed through viewfinder toys, nostalgia is the main ingredient at 50's Prime Time Café.
