Don't be fooled by the exterior! This is a great place to experience and dine! First of all they work on the honor system when it comes to your drinks. You get a tab to complete and you serve yourself from the well stocked cooler. Huge selection of bottled beer and sodas. You can also get draft beer on your... More

Finally made it in to this Forgotten Coast "must try". Good thing too as the restaurant will be closed for renovations from January 12 to 31. In any event, everything you read about this place is spot on from the honour bar to the communal tables (come mid week for lunch if that's not your thing) and of course the... More

We were told about this place so we planned to stop. We expected something on the water with an entertainment stage but found it to be very different. Most of the place is self service and operates on the honor system. The menu is simple but the food is excellent. If you like oysters, this is the place! The do... More

I actually liked the self serve drinks. My friend who was visiting from Colorado was a bit put off by the exterior but loved her shrimp stuffed with crab. Another person in the group really liked the gumbo. I'm a vegetarian and they made me a grilled cheese which wasn't on the menu. Good key lime pie.

Only place of it's kind that I know of. Sit down and enjoy your favorite oysters or crab legs. Lots of seafood to choose from. Back wall is a cooler filled with almost any kind of beer/wine you like. Help yourself to the drinks, keep up with what you drink and pay on your way out. Good food and super... More

Fantastic self service on beverages. Too bad I can't self serve my oysters. Others at my table had eaten meal when I got first order of oysters. Put in 2nd order when I received my 1st and got it 50 mins later.

Honor system for beer on tap or bottled in cooler. Lots of fun and The absolutely best oysters I have ever had. Highly recommend those with butter and Parmesan. A place not to be missed!

Don't even wonder if you should, just go. The Cape is my absolute favorite place on earth and we go here 2-3 times each stay. They are friendly and this is one of the best hole in the walls you can go to for oysters. We sat at the bar and watched them shuck oysters and drank local beer. The... More
