We are regulars here! The serene atmosphere is perfect after a long work week. The staff are welcoming and the sushi is wonderful! This is not fast food - so plan ro relax and unwind as your meal is being artfully prepared!

Wow, I was searching the internet for a new sushi place because ours closed down and I came across Amimoto's. It is about a 30 minute drive from us but well worth it. Sushi was delicious, wasabi had a little extra kick compared to most wasabi's I have had. The staff was very friendly and the price was soo reasonable.... More

Great authentic Japanese ambience, fresh sushi, nice atmosphere. A real surprise - tucked away in the corner of very quiet strip mall.

I have been here twice and both times it was pretty full. The seating is comfortable and the lighting is pleasant the waiter seem very accomplished and professional. We all ordered the gyoza and they were delicious. I lived in Hawaii for 30 years and these were comparable. All in all it was a very good meal.

Had the chef special sashimi plate, it was unreal. 8 different fish, huge quantity and literally unmatched quality of fresh catch. This is the place you want to go big and enjoy the mastery of amimoto cutting the absolute best cuts, wow. Sashimi, fresh caught made by the owner master chef, I can't get over how much better this was... More
