My wife and I stopped in here to check it out. The blonde girl working there was very helpful with not only the product bet giving a few tips on st Augustine. The Popsicles are gourmet. I had the coconut coconut, and my wife had a strawberry basil. Both were very good. I wanted to go back and get another... More

We stopped in just to check out the place. Ended up getting the champagne mango and ginger plum popsicle. Very unique flavors that were cool and refreshing. Great find and will definitely return.

One day I had key lime popsicle, the other day was ginger plum. This kids loved it, too. It's awesome! I regret not going my 3rd and final day in town.

This is a frozen treat place for adults (tongue in cheek here; don't get offended). It's just that kids cannot appreciate how amazing these ice pops are. I was so blown away with the creamy walnut ice pop that I after I'd consumed it while walking through the historic section, on my way back I had to search out Hyppo's... More

Local, yummy, fresh and unique flavors of Popsicles. Great, healthy treats. Honey, Apple goat cheese was my favorite. My parents enjoyed the Elvis (honey, peanut butter, banana).

We had one popsicle then had to go back for more! So many options and friendly service! $3.75 a popsicle isn't inexpensive, but it's a quality product.

Came here on recommendation from a colleague and was disappointed. I was hoping for a rootbeer (childhood favorite) but there wasn't any, so ordered the Elvis and was disappointed. I was told that Elvis is their top seller, but it just tasted yucky to me. Given the cost, I was pretty disappointed. My friend's strawberry basil was quite good though,... More

We went in expecting some great amazing popsicle. The ones at the grocery store are better. I got the Elvis and it tasted like spoiled baby food. One bite for each of us and in the trash! My wife got the coconut and it was an average everyday popsicle. Definitely not worth the money. Great service and all smiles but... More

The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.
