This unassuming little store front on St. George street could easily be passed by - but it shouldn't be! The inside of the store was very cute and the service was very attentive and friendly! There were many unique and traditional Popsicle flavor options - and the option of dipping them in chocolate was definitely worth the extra $1!! We... More

What a great refreshing afternoon treat! There are a few tables to eat inside and a cooler with various drinks. The popsicles are delicious and so many unique flavors from which to choose! My choice - which I loved - pineapple cilantro. A bit pricey, but for a special afternoon treat, it was worth it.

If you are in the mood for a cool and delicious treat while in Saint Augustine, try The Hyppo. Their popsicles are made with fresh fruit and herbs and offer tasty combinations that you do not find in a typical ice cream store. Try the pineapple cilantro or the strawberry basil for a special taste treat. There are many other... More

Sorry, only one pic for this one! We already ate the other flavors before I can take some. This popsicle joint is Legit!!! Flavor combinations sound weird but very delicious! Don't be afraid to try em. Pineapple Cilantro was surprisingly tasty and avocado cream was my favorite. Honeydew basil is good as well, although some people might not like the... More

Was not sure what to think of the unusual ingredient combinations. Prices were higher than expected but considered a splurge rather than a regular stop. Once you try you can appreciate the homemade flavorful combinations. Horchata was my favorite.... milk based so it was a creamy frozen treat with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg.

While the popsicles are good and come in many interesting flavors (strawberry-basil anyone?), $3.25 a piece is a bit much IMO.

WLS review! This place is a small shop with delicious fruit based popsicles. They have some odd sounding flavors but they are delicious. I personally went with Orange Pineapple and loved it. One pop is filling for a tiny tummy May need some water after it if sugar bothers you and makes you thirsty like it does me, natural sugars... More

The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.
