We go here every year and we bring friends and family with us. We know they are stingy with their water/ cups. This time the customer service was dreadful! We bought a few sodas and a water which I was splitting with my daughter and...More
Been there 100+.times. Purchased some sandviches and two bottles of chardonnay asked for water they said only bottled water available. Asked for manager and owner to talked to they refused to give me information. One of the lady in the back waved to me and...More
Hello Peter, I'm so sorry about your experience. It's my fault; I didn't fully explain to the staff about the water thing. We do take a lot of pride in customer service, and I hope that a staff member did not say, "get lost, folks"......More
No frills with great food. You order food at the counter and then wait for your name to be called. Service was quick considering how busy it was. Husband: Best grouper sandwich so far 16 yr old: Best chicken fingers he's ever had (and he's...More
Christine, Thanks so much for your kind comments! Chicken fingers are not a fancy food; but when cooked properly they can be delicious, and we strive to cook them the proper amount of time. We sure look forward to seeing you all back! We're getting...More
This place is really busy and is good. It is far from fancy. Picnic table style seating along the water. We all had hamburgers with fries which were good. A good place to stop as we had been on a bike ride.
Susan, If we ever get too fancy, please call us on it! Fancy we're not for sure, but we do like to make good food and make people happy. We sure hope to see you again soon. Warm regards, Don Wallace
My friend's parents drove us here on their boat for lunch and I loved it! We parked it at the dock and walked up to the counter. I got a veggie burger and maybe it was the magic of sitting by the water in Siesta...More
This place was suggested by a local, we had a hamburger, grouper and a hot dog...all were yummy. The best thing is the "simple" ambianc of sitting by the water. We were really lucky and saw dolphins playing by the bridge. Great lunch spot...highly recommend...More
This is a buzy place and you don't have to eat worms. Fun just watching the people on the water. Simple menu, but very nice. Not far from Mote Aquarium.
I realize the character of this place but, it is not a excuse to not clean it. Every time I have dined there it is dirty. Sorry, but the kitchen looks dirty also. They are handling money and then turning around and handling food. I’m...More
The Baithouse Grill has what my wife calls character, it's not a fine dining or even an unfine dining place, it's just a very cool rustic little place right on the water and we loved it. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly...More
