Small space. Servers are all petite and well informed about the food. The complimentary cheese crackers are addictive. Expensive food but worth every penny. Only the cauliflower chili was a minor let down and we ordered basically everything off the menu. Soups were awesome. Crunchy shredded something salad was great. Kids had cheeseburgers and were in love. I had short... More

A converted old house in an artsy part of town produces done of the best local cuisine with a creative twist. We waited for our table in the cozy outdoor bar and were seated in what may have been the porch, with only 3 tables. When visiting the restroom, I noticed that the kitchen was open to the main dining... More

Lucky for me I dined at this fine establishment in the early evening while the lit candles made the ambiance very romantic. The menu describes the food well, but doesn't prepare you for the wonderfully seasoned and perfectly prepared entrees that I tasted. I had the snapper and tasted the cobia with the intention to share but instead wanted to... More

We enjoyed our dinner to Indigenous and had great meals. There is no substitution or a la carte dining though. The menu is what it is. Interesting combinations and flavors, but for less adventurous eaters or children, this restaurant may not be for you.

My husband is Gluten Allergic and the staff at Indigenous were very knowledgable about how to adapt the few items on the menu that were not already GF. I had the Wild Caught Shrimp with Okonomyaki which was FABULOUS! My husband enjoyed a Red Snapper dish that was one of the three fresh caught specials this evening. Beautiful patio seating... More

Excellent atmosphere and service. Service was extremely knowledgable. The menu is ok, if you do not like fish the options are not abundant. I knew this going in though because it was my second visit. I ordered the hamburger and it was good. That said, I don't think I will get it again. The pork belly appetizer was $9 and... More

My wife and I ate here with our friend. Our service was enjoyable and so was the food; unique, fresh options for us as well as for our son. I had the fish and it was the best fish I've had. You can tell if the fish is fresh and lacks antibiotics/preservatives/gmo. This was our first visit; we'll return again!!!

Just visited Indigenous for the first time. Wow! A great experience from start to finish. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Everything that came out of the kitchen was A+++ both in presentation and taste. Throw in outdoor dining and you have a perfect evening. Definitely recommended.

Indigenous is a hip, laid-back casual restaurant with innovative and delicious food preparation. One of the best dishes is the fresh Gulf shrimp. The shrimp are fresh and beautifully seasoned. The price point is reasonable and staff helpful. The only negative was that we tried a fish sauce favoured ice cream on a curry biscuit. It was innovation but the... More
