Loved the food and the mixed drinks were good. Good variety of choices on the menu. Steak and shrimp prepared in authentic style provided entertainment.

I walked in for lunch and sat at the bar since I didn't see any sushi chef at the sushi bar. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll and 4 pieces of sushi lunch combo. The shrimp tempura roll had no flavor and the batter was not your typical crunchy tempura flakes. The sushi had good sizes portions of fish on... More
The first thing I noticed was the smell! It wasn't a hibachi smell or even a food smell! Then an older man, the sushi chef, asked "Sushi or Habachi?" I told him I wanted Chicken Fried Rice and Sushi. He said "You have to choose. If you want Fried Rice that is on the hibachi side. Sushi is on the... More
We discovered this gem by accident. The food is delicious, and the chefs put on such a show! The daily early bird special is a great deal, and a great deal of food. Will go here again and again.
The staff and cooks are very friendly and the early bird special is great for a budget. We have tried other Japanese restaurants and this is our favorite.
Excellent Food very entertaining cooks. The food is incredible off the grill as well as the sushi.Go during a birthday they make it special. Will go again and often
Fuji has great grill food but the atmosphere is lacking. The portions are huge- I like the filet chicken and shrimp. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Some nights they will not do grill food to go which is weird but you can order sushi.

Waited about 20 min for a table, no problem there. When seated we waited another at least 20 minutes before we got a waitress. another 15 minutes before drinks... More

Prices are reasonable. The serving sizes are large, providing plenty of leftovers to take home. The addition of noodles and rice is a good and satisfying combination. Staff has... More
