we ordered from Thai Thani through a delivery service. The two orders of Pad Thai were plentiful and delicious...and the dumplings were really good too...and ended up being plenty for the three of us. BUT the Bangkok Chicken was ordered medium and it was so hot none of us could eat it...three bites into it and i had tears running... More

It was a terrible dinning experience two weeks ago in this Thai restaurant. The service and the food taste are absolutely the worst I ever had in an Asian restaurant. The most shocking thing was that they hid the gratitude fee (18%) in your bill without notifying customer first. Please stop using "the busy event" as the excuse to charge... More

We had a group of 6 on a crowded Sat night before hockey game. The restaurant seems combined with a Japanese/Sushi restaurant and we got both Thai and Japanese menu. We ordered off the Thai menus. Two of us ordered Panang curry chicken. Waitress announced "panang chicken" when putting it on the table. Panang curry it was not. What we... More

First the most important thing is about food. It was bad. I am a lover of thai food. But these folks don't know how to make. Pad thai was dry. Fried rice had a feeling of eating plastic. The chickens in curries was terrible. The service was even worse. They give you the menu and forget about you. They keep... More

Tried eating at this place on a date night with my wife prior to a show at Amalie Arena. We were seated immediately, place was near empty which just adds to the level of confusion why our service was so poor. They did not appear to be under staffed in the least bit. We ordered drinks first, 5 minutes later... More

We finished our Sunday of going to the aquarium taking a dolphin cruise and visiting a few shops with dinner. The restaurant is close to the aquarium and close to other shops which makes it very convenient an easy walking. The restaurant was decorated very nicely and our host was very polite as was our waiter. My mother had a... More

Had dinner. Very good Thai food. Slow service but the food is worth it. We will go to again when in Tampa. In walking distance from waterview Marriott.

Have had many woderful meals here in the past. Not sure if the reason for it's decline is new management, or just old tired management. Service was terrible - almost two hours to have dinner for six people. On top of that one person received their soup at the end of the meal. Martinis from the bar tasted weak. Said... More

I can certainly understand how service such as this would come as a shock, Doug -- this isn't our standard in the least. Having been to see us several times in the past with wonderful experiences, I hope you could understand that this just isn't us and was simply an off night. I'll be sure to look into this, and... The restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. Mostly empty with a large customer base on the first floor of the Channelside complex. We ordered both sushi & Thai. The sushi roll had tempura shrimp inside, the shrimp were chewey not delicate as you would anticipate. The Thai both Garlic chicken & Chili Jam lacked in flavor other texture and... More

It's disheartening to hear that your last visit wasn't up to the same standards you've come to expect from us over the years, BJ. While I can assure you that we're as committed as we've ever been to serving fresh, authentic Thai dishes, I understand that what matters most is whether or not that shines through to our guests, and... The sushi was ok, the Thai menu looked tempting. The service was good. Our server got some seaweed salad and fried rice for my sister that wasn't hungry just to taste some of the food. She gave us a discount for being educators even though they only had veteran discounts. She was so nice and always checking on us to... More
