Went last night and had another fantastic meal. It was “First Friday” and it was about to pour and we ran to The Bistro for shelter, drinks and what turned out to be an amazing experience. Fresh quality food prepared by a great chef and complimented...by the most amazing staff in Tarpon Springs. As soon as we walked in Dan and Ania got us seated while the crowd kept coming. Scotty was our waiter and saw to our needs immediately. Keeping those cold cocktails coming while we cooled down and read the menu. Despite the restaurant being slammed with the FF crowd fleeing the storms they delivered a delicious fresh meal in a timely manner that lacked nothing in quality. Bravo Bistro, you have delivered again THANK YOUMore

You cant order wrong. But my favorite Osso Bucco. Fall off the bone in a one of a kind gravy. Every bite is a happy dance in your mouth.

We had the bruschetta for a starter. Very well done. There is an extra charge for the bread, but it is definitely worth it! Both pastas were amazing, with huge servings - enough for two additional meals. The bolognese is very meaty. The special -...Mediterranean pasta - would make a great regular menu item. And…do not forget the dessert. I would recommend the limoncello dessert to go if you can’t eat another bite!More

We have been here several times in the past and absolutely loved it here and the mushroom ravioli. However last few times we’ve been here it’s definitely not as good🥲 I do not like the new recipes! Sorry 😞

The Bistro was recommended by locals and it did not disappoint. The service was fantastic and the Chicago fire pizza was superb. I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of this place. Worth a return visit.

Server Brittany moved our seats away from a large party so we could have a quiet dinner. This was our first time here and she answered our questions and offered suggestions. The four of us all enjoyed our entrees and dessert selections. We will return...again and again.More

First off, Dan and Anya are fabulous hosts! As soon as you enter The Bistro, you are greeted like long lost family! Anya showed us to our table and Brittany immediately appeared to take our drink order. The drinks came quickly and we placed our...food order. Let me strongly urge you to try the goat cheese fondue…fabulous. I had the Pollo Pesto Pasta and could only eat half of it….humongous portion. Hubby had the snapper and loved every bite. The limoncello cake and loukemades were yummy. This is a lovely, well serviced restaurant by people who know their business! You absolutely have to try the food here and not be totally happy!More

Went out with the hubby to celebrate and chose the Bistro since i love Italian food and wanted to stay local. I had such a great dinner and I have nothing to complain about lol My food was delish and Brittany our server was so...sweet and my wine was perfect. We ordered Calamari and a calzone and meatballs and mussels. The sauce was great for dipping and everything was perfect! The beer was ice cold and the atmosphere was like being in NYC sun the village. I will be back. Thank you !More

We thoroughly enjoyed a private event here recently which was a luncheon for about 35 people. Owner, Dan Jenkins, and his staff did a wonderful job! Our waitress, Dawn, was especially pleasant and efficient. And the meals were delizioso! So glad that even though the...name of the restaurant has changed the quality and service has not! Also, kudos to the chef and kitchen staff!More

Wife and I are in Tarpon Springs for a few days. Today (Nov 17 2021) we had dinner here. We started with the Bruschetta - excellent. She had the "pollo pesto pasta" - chicken with pasta and a basil pesto sauce with asparagus and red...peppers. She loved it. I had lasagna and it was the best one of my life. Waiter, "Scotty" timed everything perfectly and was great. Do yourself a favor and try this place. It's in the historic district with lots of cool shops around.More

We have been dining at this establishment since it opened as Tuscan Sun. They were unfortunately closed for months due to COVID and reinvented as The Bistro. The restaurant is a hidden gem and our “go to” for a great meal. The food and drinks...are excellent and the management and service staff are the best. If you haven’t been there you are missing out on a memorable culinary experience.More

Forget the fact that the ownership did not change...my ealrier review (2018) was a different resturant PERIOD. $21 for 8 quarter sized mushroom raviolis !!! that are not as good as the refridgerated fair in the local grocery coupled with sub par service and you...have overspent. The greek cigars on the menu are paired with a "lemon dill ailoi sauce" that is really bland (like no lemon and no taste). They are basically spinach rolled with cheese in philo dough...so a BIG SKIP. Be aware you will need to "ask" for bread at this pseudo italian eatery now ($1.5) but I can not believe the heavily overpriced, under-portioned entrees do not generate enough revenue to pay for these to be included... Also the advertised "live music until 11pm" will frequently quit at 10 and call it a night. All in all .. if they reduce prices by say 20% on the entrees and train the servers to be more attentive this place good regain some of its former glory.... Locals like me will start passing it by for now.More

I’ve been dining here for a few years, and it’s consistently excellent service, freshly prepared foods, and a clean/safe atmosphere. Fresh seafood, Italian & Mediterranean prepared from scratch. Even pizzas large enough to feed 2 adults at a very reasonable price. Excellent craft drink selection...as well as wine. One of the best values in North Pinellas.More

We used to love certain dishes here and were devastated when they had to close amid the pandemic. Then...February rolled around and the doors reopened...with a NEW menu. Unfortunately, those loved menu items were gone. VERY disappointed. #bringbackthelasagna

There is also an office building that has a sign that says no parking but after hours and when they are closed no one has given us a hard time. they just don't want people taking their employee spaces. Bon Appetit'
