The onion soup was delicious. The quiche was ok; the service was awful. Had to ask the waiter for water refills. The salad of the day was ridiculously over priced and I left hungry. Won't be going again unless it's JUST for soup over lunch....More

We have eaten at Pistache on numerous occasions and have never had a bad experience. This time we had the filet au poivre and the Mahi. The steak was cooked perfectly and tastes delicious, the mahi was great also.

The food was wonderfully prepared with good plate presentation. For a French bistro in West Palm Beach the use of seafood for their entrees came through. I recommend that you start off with a plate of cheeses and meats before you main meal and take...More

From the darker decor, older furniture, outdoor seating and background music you could close your eyes and imagine yourself in Europe. Great atmosphere right off the square. Menu is large with a lot of optioms and cost are very low for the location. Service was...More

We had a lovely dinner on their patio and loved every part of our meal. I order the peppercorn tenderloin and it was one of the best steak I've ever had. It was tender, cooked to a true medium rare and the meat just melted...More

PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro thoughtfully infused with the vibrant tastes of the Mediterranean. Serving up timeless, authentic cuisine created from only the freshest local ingredients and highest-quality imported products. PISTACHE is considered the premier classic dining experience in downtown West Palm Beach. Despite its tasteful, modern European ambience, sophisticated menu, and first-class service, prices are moderate, dishes are unpretentious, and the scene is carefree and casual.
