Just not a fan of mountain bar-b-que. Tends to be dry and lacks flavor. However, Blue Ridge Mt Que is a step above the others from my point. Their sides are very good and portions are what one gets at most que joints. They have here however, the best smoked chicken salad I have ever had. It is a bit... More

Just ate lunch here and it was great, especially the Brunswick stew. Very reasonably priced and nice portions. Several sauce options, some that aren't typically offered. Very clean too, which is always a plus. Looked like offered more than just BBQ too, in case someone in your party isn't a fan.

Yes you will get some ok BBQ here and the prices are fair. But the competition in town is why we normally go there. But, we did come back to visit you. (Well ok, the other place was closed for the day)

Everything was awesome. Collards, fried okra, onion petals with an amazing dip, coleslaw and Baby Back ribs to die for

Excellent barbecue at a great price. Ribs fell off the bone and were very tasty. One in our group did not care for fried catfish. Smoked chicken salad is also very good. Very casual but cute and clean.

This place is a keeper! Excellent smoked chicken. The ribs are perfectly done and fork tender. Try their North Carolina red sauce with the ribs or chicken. If are fortunate enough to be here between thanksgiving and Christmas, preorder their whole smoked turkey. It is to die for. Great reheating instructions. I'll never cook another turkey at home again. This... More

Stopped by this local BBQ restaurant for lunch one Saturday pm while visiting the area. It is a very understated little building as would be expected in the area. Food is made to order. They have a variety of different BBQ sauces available to fix your sandwich as you like. They also have a kids menu that has a burger... More

If you want some good BBQ, and a nice casual lunch this is the place to go. The chicken, pork are both awesome, and they have good BBQ sauces you can choose from. Their chicken salad is also very good!! We h ave never been disappointed with the food here and we have been coming here for 4 years now.... More
