I had seen this place for years during my visits to BR and heard a lot about how good the burgers were. We both ordered burgers and fries. Fries were really good but the burgers were dry and not juicy as expected. Also, I asked for mustard for my fries and instead of giving me mustard from the big container... More

We have dined at Sue's quite a bit over the last 4 years. The burgers are always nice and juicy and flavorful! They are huge!! Probably about a 1/2 pound and come with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle! The fries and onion rings are also very good. Everything is made to order so it may be a little bit... More

We got burgers and fries and both were excellent. The burgers are huge, maybe 1/2 a pound and I got tomatoes, pickles and onion. The wait was only 15 minutes. We also got a slice of pecan pie and it was good, but not as good as my mom's. The flavor is very good and cooked perfectly. This burger is... More

My wife, daughter, and I stopped in to Sue's for lunch. I placed my order at the register, paid for it and was given a ticket with a number. We found a table, took a seat and waited for the staff to call our number. Once it was called we picked our food up where we paid for it, the... More

The first time we visited Sue't we were drawn by the sign, "best burger in town." Although the superlative may be a bit strong, their burgers are quite good and they offer tater tots, which I always love. They really don't do "fancy" burgers, but what they prepare is good. The challenge, and the reason for only 4 stars, is... More

Sue's has a sign that boasts it has the best burgers in Blue Ridge. Like most visitors to the area, we took the sign at face value and went in. Other restaurants in town had at least 30-45 minute waits, so we thought we'd gotten lucky. Not so much. Our first indication that Sue's only takes cash was after we... More
