First, there is nothing here but good food and great, friendly service. It is very small, about 10 seats at the front counter (stools) and 4 in the back. The food is simple, straightforward, fresh and good. The hamburgers, to me are the absolute perfect size. The hot dogs? Just as you would expect. The cubed steak in gravy is... More

Been eating here for years. Always the same and that's not disappointing. Standing room only sometimes.

Someone recommended this restaurant to us they were saying that the hamburgers were great and freshly made while you wait. Well to our surprise they were not freshly made, as it took 2 minutes to get my cheeseburger. The hamburgers were already precooked and all the guy did was stick the hamburger on a bun put the cheese on the... More

I grew up eating at this diner. We called it "Fred Garrison's" because he was owner operator. Then it was open 24 hours. Now it's just breakfast and lunch. Very small. 10 or so stools up front. 4 or so in back. Eat then get off that stool to make room for the people awaiting seating. Hamburgers are real hamburger... More

and its the only place to sit. 8 stools out front, 3 in the back stay occupied most of the time. once you've eaten here you'll better understand why. everything they do here is first rate. they don't try to do too much with it either. they've got a good product and they know it. most locals know it too... local burger joints usually have a local style, flavor or toppings that set them apart. at home they put slaw on the hamburgers when you order it all the way. in another near by city they run it through the garden. some will add pickle relish, others 1000 island dressing or russian salad dressing like that was a fancy way... My wife and I have been eating at the 4 way for years. The food and service was always great. This last visit changed all that. The young man that took our order brought our drinks and then asked my wife for her order and never asked for my order! The burgers had been cooked.hours.before and the "fries" were about... More

Best burgers in town! There are only 12 stools in the place at the counter so be prepared to wait! Be sure you order the burger with gravy and onions!!!

everything is made to order and fresh. I have never had a bad meal here. It is only open in the daytime and very little seating but worth the wait!
