Dumpy tiny restaurant in the middle of Decatur, with some Latin American food items. Street parking if you are lucky. First of all, not a Peruvian restaurant. They had one or two Peruvian dishes but the dishes were from all over the place. We went on a Sunday afternoon. They have 7 tables inside and a couple outside. There were... More

I've reviewed this restaurant before because it is one of my son's favorite places and I take him when I visit him in Decatur. Over the 3 years we've been going, the food quality has remained top notch, tasty, and just plain delicious. The service is always exemplary, but our last visit last week celebrating my son's graduation was even... More

This was my 3rd visit to Calle Latina with friends. Every time the food is freshly prepared and full of flavor. The menu provides many choices and the staff accommodates any special request. This is a terrific value.

Delicious and affordable food (refreshing since Decatur is usually pricey), cozy atmosphere, and bottomless sangria on Tuesdays. ;)

First time here even though we have passed by it many times. Ceviche serving was good and quite big. We had a salad and we shared an arepa. It was very good and big enough to share if you start with your own appetizer.

I treated myself to another visit. This time I had the Arroz con Pollo plus enchiladas. The soup was a colorful delight with taste to match and accompanied by three slices of Cuban bread. The Negro (black bean) and Shredded Chicken empanadas were a good size and done just right. You get a small Mango Slaw as well as a... More

Happened to walk by and thought we would stop in. What a gem. We first had the Ceviche sampler and it was GREAT. Loved the fried plantain chips. The Negro Modelo draft was cold and very tasty - they keep their lines clean. I had Lomo for dinner and it was excellent. Service was great. Menu advice was spot-on, waitress... More

I've been to this restaurant four or five times in the last two years. Every time I am hoping that it will improve and will make me want to come back. The menu is a mix of Venezuelan, Peruvian, and Mexican food. Maybe they need to narrow down the menu. I ordered an arepa Reyna and black bean and rice.... More

Of course, you could go any night of the week for something authentic and unique...empanadas, tortas and arepas filled with delicious meats and stuffings of all kinds. And do try one of the ceviches! But the best value night of the week is Taco Tuesday - try everyone of whatever they're making and have a beer or a mixed drink... More

Watch out I had my credit card info stolen from there. They were less than helpful, they claimed they knew nothing. It happened in less than 30 minutes.
