The service was quick and friendly. The pizza was pretty good, better than the average non-corporate chain. I decided to get my order to go after after going inside. I would get food from here again.

If you are looking tasty traditional Italian food you will be disappointed. The wine in particular is served in plastic glasses that have seen more than a few years of wear.My merlot was probably the worst red I have ever tasted.however the portions are large and the staff pleasant.
I tried a pizza from this restaurant while on an overnight stay at a nearby hotel. Everything was outstanding...the crust, sauce and cheese. The sauce had just the right amount of kick for my taste. I ordered takeaway so I can't rate the dining experience, however, the staff were very nice for the few minutes I was in the restaurant.... More
We enjoyed having lunch in this very popular local restaurant. We got in at 11.45 and got nearly the last table. Pasta dishes looked appealing and plentiful, but we were in the mood for pizza. The pizza was huge, with an interesting red sauce. We had plenty to take home with us. It was nice to chat with the local... More
Didn't have high expectations when we entered but were pleasantly surprised. Staff is friendly and the food was awesome. Vegetable soup-delicious. Calzone-amazing. Manicotti, lasagna, and ravioli special-some of the best I've had. If you are in the neighborhood make sure you try angelo's.
I stopped into the office at the KOA Campground we were staying at and asked for a recommendation for dinner. The gal in the office said that if we wanted Italian then the best around is Angelo's. She did warn me however that the restaurant is in the same building as a gas station. Had she not told me that... More
Walked from our hotel on a Saturday night after reading other reviews and by a glowing hotel staff recommendation. I knew as soon as we walked in that it was going to be good. Nice casual Italian restaurant, right up my alley. We got the wings, cheese bread and house pizza, all 3 were awesome. We live in Ohio where... More
Wedged in among the national and predictable chain restaurants at the Kingsland ramp off I-95 is this terrific local Italian restaurant. Angelos is small and popular, but its super-efficient staff got us seated and served quickly. A good pinot noir, a tasty salad, and plenty of garlic bread accompanied my terrific lasagna.
Small place attached to gas station, but don't let that stop you. I saw this on Trip Advisor and ordered in advance for takeout as we were staying at a hotel up the street. The place was jammed with locals! They make wonderful fresh sauces! Check out the "specials"; Betty and others- they put 3 of the pastas side by... More
I'm not sure why this restaurant gets such high ratings, but we found the food to be average. Very busy with a lot of people coming and going in a small space. I found myself extremely thirsty later in the evening and the next day, which I attribute to a lot of salt being used. On the plus side, the... More
