Oh their Asian Salad is just too good. I could eat it every day. When I get home I'm going to start making them. If you like salad on the sweet side you have got to try this. Next day back after a hike at Bogus and this time for breakfast. My friend ordered one pancake and it was larger... More

The Trolley house is a great little diner for Sunday breakfast. The food , prices and service is excellent. It's always busy on Sunday mornings the Trolley omelette is definitely worth getting.

My son and I have been researching Biscuits and Gravy in Boise for a couple of years and we both unanimously agree that the Trolley House wins, hands down. The biscuits are the perfect size. They are never soggy. The GRAVY. Oh my, the gravy. Delicious cream gravy with large chunks of link sausage. Simple perfection. Biscuits and gravy aside,... More

It's hard to find better pancakes than this. They're huge (plate size) ... and the batter + butter + syrup adds up to some of the best pancakes I've ever tasted. Fair warning - a three high stack is a LOT of food! Two pancakes and a side of scrambled eggs will leave you full for days.

This is a small "diner" with a nice outside eating area. It is not outstanding but was a nice place to have lunch and the food was good.

A bit disappointed. I have't been to the trolley house for 20 years. I had very fond memories but my latest visit didn't live up to those. Very crowded with not enough room between tables. Inadequate wait staff and some of the order was cold after an extended wait. In their defense, it was New Years Day but I probably... More

My favorite breakfast in Boise. Visit here regularly and just discovered the cinnamon rolls. Oh my! The best I have found in a very long time. Light and the perfect amount of cinnamon to roll ratio. I always enjoy the very friendly service and great food with every visit.

After a nice walk through MK Nature Center, brought my friend for lunch here for her first time. I had bacon and eggs which I always love. Breakfast for lunch just works for me. My friend ordered a grilled roast beef and cheese sandwich that she said was good. Kept my coffee cup full, good service. A very good meal.

We had a thoroughly tasty and enjoyable breakfast this am . It was so nice to find a Sunday breakfast spot with outdoor seating. The Hunter's Sausage and their homemade Raspberry Jam were yummy. My only issue was the wording on their Trolley Special Breakfast. One gets the impression that the fruit substitute in place of hash browns is included... More
