Went to lunch here recently after a long absence. Really good food and friendly service. Local spot that should be experienced.

We were making a trip to Twin Falls so I looked on Trip Adviser for a place to eat lunch. Saw that the Buffalo Cafe was ranked number 3, and the reviews looked awesome. We got there and had lunch, I had their Buffalo Burger and it was just okay. There was nothing real bad with any of our meals,... More

Buffalo Cafe Hidden conveniently in the old industrial/ commercial area of Twin Falls is an old hidden jewel of a good ol home town cafe. Healthy portions of tasty hometown quality food is made here with their own home-made Mexican Chorizo or Basque Chorizo made in Boise. I chose their signature "Buffalo Chip", potatoes, peppers, bacon, onion, tomatoes and melted crusty... More

The decor was dusty and the food very average. The staff was slow and unfriendly. If this is the third highest rated restaurant in twin, it shows how horrible the cuisine is in this part of the world.

We rambled in here on a busy Sat morning. On first appearances it is a very small cafe but there was extra seating at the counter. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table which was a good sign.(We ended up giving up our table as a family of four were also waiting so we took the counter)... More

Locals favorite. All home made, truly from scratch, western style slap your momma good food! Even the jams are made from scratch from local fruits. Everything is big. If you leave not stuffed your will power is herculean and/or you've successfully graduated from over-eaters anonymous. Big fluffy biscuits to soak up the butter and hold the jam, great cuts of... The Buffalo has the best and biggest breakfast in town. Atmosphere is small town, down home. Waitresses are always friendly and helpful even when running around trying to take care of everyone. Also don't forget to try the homemade blackberry jam. Yum Yum..

Our family came on a Wednesday at 12:20pm. It was full, waited about 7 min before anybody acknowledged us, said they'd see how long we had to wait. Waited another 5 min or so and got a booth. Our server was sweet, we ordered and 1 hr later we finally received our food. She apologized once and said they had... More

Get here early on sunday to get a seat. It's amazing what good, consistent food comes out of a small kitchen. If Cheers had a restaurant, this would be it. They serve locally produced food, and specificalize with homemade muffins and jam. We love this place, it has an amazing history.
