Always a perfectly aged & cooked steak, baked potato, Brittany Salad (bacon dressing). Attentive wait staff. Neat, formal decor, but casual dress is OK.

Really needs to be redone on the inside and is not the cleanest place but they have awesome steaks and great drinks at great prices. Great place to get full and drunk.

I ordered the New York Strip - their "signature" steak. It was 60% fat and gristle. The manager offered a free desert - for a truly terrible $34 steak.

Went for my 26th birthday. Food was delicious and well prepared. For the portions sized and quality of the steak very reasonable prices. Their house dressing was very good which I was surprised as i don't usually like creamy dressings. I had the ribeye rare...More

For dinner, Jim's is our local steakhouse that compares favorably with the fancy Chicago places for much more modest prices. Top notch service. Excellent quality. Generous portions. For lunch, Jim's is a quiet, great place for important business meetings and cozy personal conversations alike. Again,...More

Yes and I recommend you make one.
What is the general attire? I will be in town for ISU Family Weekend and don't want to walk in wearing jeans and a sweatshirt if everyone else is wearing khaki's and collars. Thank you.
