Popped in for a drink before heading up to our hotel room. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty drinks! I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the wildly overpriced wine list. $17-$42 for a 9oz glass is a rip off for sure!

I already covered this in a review of the hotel. The tapas was OK, but not outstanding. The wine which was average was wickedly overpriced ($20-40 a glass for regular wines. Cheapest was 17). $90 for modest meal for one was just not worth it....More

The restaurant and bar are beautiful. We had drinks and tapas after checking in late afternoon and all was fine. Our last afternoon we relaxed during happy hour, and the happy hour prices were great, but the quantity of food was not. A $9 potato...More

Had friends come into town and we decided to go to Mercat's for some tapas. They were small servings, some very small, pricy but good. For 3 of us, we only had only 4 tapas, 2 glasses of wine and one sprite, it was almost...More

One excellent dish after another. Start with glass of Pala Cannonau and the marinated olives. Then the Verde salad. Order the Diver Sea Scallops (Verneras) and must finish with the Gambas Ajillo (garlic shrimp). Great ambiance too.

Outstanding dinner, will definitely go back and recommend to others. We had the chef's tasting menu where we got a variety of tapas plates. Every dish was Excellent! Shrimp, scallop, seranno, beef, veg all prepared and tasted fresh and homemade.

I don't think they have hamburgers but the Artist's Cafe and Kitty O'Shea's are a block away in either direction.
