We were hesitant when we saw the restaurant, but so glad we went inside and ate. Our burgers were amazing!

The service was excellent and the menu the here was typical of a US bar. Americans love their burgers (everyone has the best!) but they are nowhere as good as an Aussie take-away burger, though the meat tends to be more flavoursome. A friendly place to eat with a good bar selection.

On January 25th we wanted to try a new restaurant while visiting Chicago on business and found out about this restaurant from a brochure in our hotel room. What caught my eye was the description of menu favorite Chocolate Milkshake Martini, so we thought lunch would be the best time to check it out. We went to lunch early because... More

Realy Good Burger here, not bad pub food menu. Typical for this area, crazy busy late afternoon, very tight inside. Service was good, staff were friendly. Overall a good experience. Would return.

We recently had lunch at Rudy's with a group of business associates who wanted a good burger. Rudy's was our choice and we were not disappointment. I ordered the hamburger medium rare with sauteed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. It was cooked to temperature, the mushrooms were nicely caramelized and the cheese was a good quality and to add to the... I was waited on like i feltvi should have been. The patty melt with scrambled egg was delicious. And of course the cocktail was A1.

Food this great non tourist bar while walking on a Sunday in Chicago. Was able to watch some football. Great waitress. Great salad and burger. Menu selection was good and prices were reasonable. Loved the fries. Would go back next time we come to Chicago. Beer selection was good as well.

Excellent and friendly service on a busy Saturday afternoon. Appetizers are 1/2 price from 3-5 - we tried the nachos (tasty and plentiful but get soggy due to the chili) and chicken tenders (standard fare, does not include fries), plus added a grilled cheese (very tasty but not worth $9.95). Reasonable dinner for families if you can take advantage of... More

We really enjoyed Rudy's. Found it not to be touristy and the prices were very reasonably for the downtown area. My husband had fish and chips and I had a Santa Fe chicken sandwich and we were both more than satisfied with our food and the price. Would definitely recommend.

Thank Michele S
