Had an early flight into Chicago to begin my birthday weekend. First timers in Chicago, so far so good. Couldn't check into our hotel so we decided to head out for some breakfast. I ordered the Mexicana Sizzling Skillet with a side of the Cinnamon roll pancakes. Both were delicious, and the wait wasn't that bad!

In a city where you are used to paying 40-50 as a couple for breakfast this place is a gem...the speciality pancakes are worth a trip alone. Highly recommend!

So my friends and I waited 45 minutes to get into this restaurant under a weird wait system ( Don't ask) only to find out that their "Gluten free Options" was a joke. All they had on their menu was gluten free honey pancakes...no toast for your eggs, no English Muffins for Benedicts.... basically eating gluten free here meant abstaining... More

Excellent service. Was there for business lunch. Service was quick and to the point and the wait staff kindly did not interrupt our business discussion, yet catered to our needs. A+ for a well trained professional staff.

I was in Chicago for 4 days and I went there twice! The first time I had the buttermilk pancakes and eggs; although the pancakes were yummy, they are still nothing special and eggs are eggs; totally my fault! So I decided to go back and be adventurous and try some of their specialties. I had corn beef skillet and... More

Great spot for having a big breakfast that will hold you over for most of the day (until you get that deep-dish pizza craving) while you're out sightseeing. Amazing omlettes - huge portions - and the brisket hash was to die for! I wish they had half-sizes available, LOL

As the name implies, pancakes are a sure bet there. Blueberry, Apple Pecan and Chocolate are all very good. A portion is large enough for two persons if having it not as a main meal.

We had two breakfasts meals at Wildberry with coffee and juice for less than $25 (with tip!) The food was excellent and the service superb, the waiter had several suggestions for us when we asked what was good, and he was not wrong. We'll definitely visit again if we ever return to Chicago.

We arrived around 10am. We already knew we will have to wait, and we did so for around an hour and a half. CONSIDER --> If you have a local (USA) number, they can send you a text message when you're about to get in. I know the cold outside is crazy, but why do everybody wants to wait inside??... More
