His was a reward for the kids. Not the place I would choose to eat in Chicago. I find the food average at best and widely overpriced. But it's really a place for kids to enjoy. There are some many other great food places in Chicago that would be ahead of this on my list.

Nice place to the kids (animals, jungle, interactive place) but the food is below the average. If you don't have kids ... better places in this area.

We ha e done Rainforest Cafe's before, and we knew what to expect. Crowded, lots of kids, loud and expensive. It was what we signed up for. Well. We got that. And much less. We had a reservation for 4 on a Friday night and got there a touch early. We were quickly called and given our reservation card. As... More

Long wait to get in, long wait to be seated, once seated long wait for the server to show up, long wait for order to show up ! Didn't enjoy the seating location, balloon guy didn't stop by inspite of us asking him to. Waitress was good but the kitchen was a mess!

My 10y/o always enjoys going to Rainforest and we try to hit one whatever town we may be in. I know they have standard recipes but for some reason the food at this one is superior.

Cool restaurant with lots of things to see but very busy. There is a long wait at dinner time to be seated and food service was very slow. Our waitress was not very friendly and never checked on us plus our food took an hour to get which was only hamburger and fries. We said no onion rings and still... More

I've been to Rainforest Cafe's from Both Disney's to Chicago, and their cuisine is dependably fantastic, including very entertaining for the younger crowd. As an adult, I find their meals to be very filling!!!

Cool place for smaller kids. I would suggest staying away from full meals and stick with apps or sandwiches. Disney world type atmosphere which is very well done.

Wildly fun place to visit. Themed like you are dining with animals in a rainforest. The animals come to life every so often. Service was excellent. Food was wonderful.
