We don't have a store in Canada so whenever I am in the US I make a stop! First place we went to they didn't give us our free sample so I was bummed but just as soon as we got there, there was a huge line so we put back our purchases and went to this store the next... More

Wandered over to grab some ice cream based snack. I was greeted by a staff member giving out samples of chocolate. Who wouldn't love walking in to that? I ordered a Sea Sal Caramel Quake Shake to go. It had a great balance of all flavors. Pricey, but I was on vacation so who cares?

This is not going to be the cheapest ice cream you've ever eaten, but it's the good stuff. Odds are you will drop $10-15 per person if you select any of the sundaes or other confections from the menu. A single scoop cone will set you back a fiver and upward it goes from there. But putting it all in... More

Had a great meal at the Weber Grill and then walked over here for dessert. The store was open somewhat late. We bought a bunch of novelty chocolates. My buddy had that brownie and he said it was awesome. They gave us some sample chocolates to try. This was a good stop.

We stopped in on a cloudy, chilly, drizzly day during a recent visit to the Windy City. This is a large, two story Ghiradelli, with a chocolate shop downstairs and a restaurant upstairs. The view from the cafe was lovely, overlooking the Chicago River. They offered a new drink to us: Decadent sipping chocolate. This was pure chocolate with a... More

This place has the best cafe mocha I have ever had! The icecream is also fantastic. I would highly recommend this place for dessert.

They are very warm, they show you around, answer questions, give you a piece of chocolate when you enter. I had a lot of fun going thru the store, the young girl show me around.

Expensive ice creams, average flavor. No big deal. Banana split is good for a couple. Not easy to be seated.

I loved this place. Free chocolate upon entering, lots of delicous sundaes to choose from on their menu, and in the end, it was so sinfully delicious! Couldnt ask for more

Got some free chocolate walking in the door. Super selection of the famous Ghirardelli squares. I could have stayed there for days. Friendly and helpful staff.
