The Pho is average, nothing special. The waitress is nice. It's pretty cheap as well. Didn't see spring rolls on the menu sadly. Over all it was as can be expected.

We enjoyed bun bo hue, a soup that isn't on every Vietnamese menu, in this small family cafe. It had the feel of a neighborhood, family cafe.
Solid and cheap, although I don't understand the TOC fawning.
