What can I say except the NY style pizza is awesome. The crust is unbelievable! You can get 2 giant slices & a drink for under $10. It's yummy!

When it comes to Italian restaurants, I favor convention and tradition, nothing off the wall. Give me thin-crust pizza with cheese and sausage, spaghetti and meatballs or an Italian beef sandwich with tiramisu and I'm a happy camper. In Chicago, you get all kinds of pizza, spaghetti, Italian beef and tiramisu so it's fun to compare. Honestly, some are better... More

Decent NY style pizza and pepperoni sticks. Great prices!! Service was okay. You can hear the workers in the back gossiping and complaining. Otherwise it was great.

My son dragged me here during his Pizza Tour of Chicago. I'd gladly be dragged here every time I visit the city. Just had a slice and a glass of water on a cold night, but it sure lifted our spirits and got us on our way. If the slice was that good, I can only imagine what a freshly... More

I'm originally from NY and have been looking all over for a real NY pizza. After 6 years, I finally found it at Café Luigi's. Every time I have company, I order from there so that they can also experience an amazing NY pizza. They are so used to the cardboard square pizza slices they get, that they don't understand... I was on the hunt for Chicago pizza but my companions wanted thin crust, so one suggested this place in walking distance. 2 large good-tasting pieces of pizza and a fountain drink, quickly served for under $10 in upscale Lincoln Park? That's worth noting!

We ordered pizza here based on good reviews but boy are we sorry for trusting reviews. This was by far the worst pizza we have ever had in our entire lives. All 4 of us took one bite and left the pizza for the dogs. Terrible!

We were in Chicago for a week and ate here almost every day. They have great pizza by the slice, and the slices are huge. Their garlic knots are really good too. For around $10 we got two slices, four garlic knots and two drinks. You can't beat that value!

As a transplanted New Yorker I crave NY pizza and Chicago simply doesnt have it. Except at Cafe Luigi. It is a very typical pizza parlor- 4 or 5 tables, soda machine and a couple of pizza ovens in back. No ambience and definitely no frills. But the pizza is excellent !
