We had a nice couple drinks and dessert and sat and looked at the view. Wasn't cheap but the creme brûlée was ok! Drinks were expensive too. It was a nice thing to do if you are in Chicago and you can avoid paying the fee to the observation room. It's got a great view!

We can here with friends for the evening, for drinks and appetisers. The food was delicious and the service was great. The place decor is eclectic and cool. There was a band on when we were there which was great and then a DJ came on in the evening, so we could bust some moves! It is a private members... More

The Foundation Room was so cool and the perfect place to spend the evening after a show at House of Blues. The server (Brittney) was amazing! It was pretty packed and had very loud music but the private rooms looked pretty awesome and even in the main area, it was a blast!

We stopped by Friday night and it was random local beer night!!! Not a big deal but we couldn't get a drink poured in a glass. Plastic only which was a bit insulting. Maybe they thought I was going to steal the glass or launch it off the balcony. Sapphire on the rocks in a plastic cup is not the... More

I took my niece last week to the House of Blues for dinner as she was visiting Chicago. A friend arranged an invite for us to the Foundation Room. It's a private club on a different floor to the main restaurant. Incredible, ornate décor, fantastic bar, very attentive service. Ken Burroughs, the Maitre D' took us on a tour and... More

60+ year old dad took 21 year old son to the Led Zepplin 2 concert. The music was over the top. Close your eyes and it was like you were listening to the original Led Zepplin, from almost 40 years ago. My rap loving son agreed the music and show were outstanding. We splurged for front row, 3rd balcony seats... More

hmmm, I bought 12 shots of Jim Beam, 6 mixed shots, 4 beers, and 7 other mixed drinks. My bar tab was 480.00. This was at the end of the evening at my sisters wedding. I rated it average, and leave you all to form your own opinions.

We were a party of eight and they gave us a private room which was very nice. The manager and the chef stopped by to say hello.

I enjoyed a holiday party at the Chicago Foundation Room. I was a guest, I would recommend checking out the House of Blues website for more information. Access is limited to members and guests. The eclectic vibe carries throughout the entire room. The menu is varied and offers numerous steak, lamb and fish options. Small plates with steak and lobster,... More
