Very nice- Seven of us from work came for lunch. The food is made once you order. Nothing is made a ahead of time except for the soups. We grabbed a table outside under a shade tree. We drank our ice tea while we waited. The outside is charming and the company was nice, so although we waited for seven... More

The setting is an old home. Sparsely decorated but sweet. Probably more to a woman's liking as it was busy with locals but my husband was the only man. The food was quite good. Limited menu of soups and sandwiches.

This is primarily a lunch crowd place, but the food is all homemade, and tastes good. There are daily specials, as well as lunch items. The Italian Beef, the Ham Salad, and the desserts are standout items!

The menu is sort of scattered about on various boards so you have to look around a bit to see all that is offered. you order at a small counter and the food is delivered to your table. Some of the portions are small, some... More

Atmosphere was nice and service fine. The wife and I split a ham-and-bacon omelette and an order of whole-grain toast, and drank separate coffees. The omelette and coffee were quite good. Discovered two (2) negatives: - Were shocked to get any charge [i.e., $0.50] for a coffee refill - The butter on the toast was extremely salty, so much that... More
