Found this restaurant on the web while searching breakfast locations in the area. Wanted to try someplace new. Stopped for breakfast the food was excellent as was the service. Slightly off the beaten path, but definitely worth the stop.

Just all around great. Family owned and operated, good food reasonable prices. This little restaurant has been here for as long as I can remember, which says a lot about it. They say good things come in small packages and this is one of them! Not a big place, but if it was bigger, it wouldn't be the same. If... More

We enjoy coming to the Kendall Kountry Kitchen for breakfast. Family owned the people are friendly, food is great. When you order fruit you get a nice fresh bowl of fruit. A lot of history also as go what the place use to be. Just a great place to eat breakfast of lunch always feel welcome.

This is a family owned mom and pop style restaurant that brings out back to the old days. Food is decent, but make sure to bring cash, because they don't accept credit cards. Luckily they are right next to a gas station with ATM. Parking is limited, but I hear they have an agreement with The Walnut across the street... More

Definitely the best breakfast place I have been to since moving to the Midwest from New England, I loved all the homemade food and the terrific service. Pretty from the outside? No. Worth stopping for? Definitely.

This little place has great food, great prices and friendly staff. The only downside to this great restaurant is that it is very dated

We go here often for our Sunday breakfast. The many dishes are named for the Kendall family. Great biscuits and hash browns at good prices. Bring cash since they donot take credit cards. The skillets and omellettes are wonderful and all for a good price.

Started eating here because my son's name is Kendall. Well, I love it. Reminds me of a 1940s or 1950s diner. The food is always good and you get a lot. Breakfast is my favorite and the soup.

If you are looking for atmosphere and ambience this ain't it. It is a retro diner with glazed tile blocks and tile floor. It ain't pretty but the food is pretty good. This is not the place to take anyone you want to impress. I like the place. Kind of like a place you might see Ernest Hermingway or someone... More
