I really enjoyed the dessert crepe. It was so good. The portions are huge, so we shared one. It was plenty. The dinner was less great, but I don't really know French food that well. Very nice waiter who was very accommodating.

When we arrived we noticed there were just a few outdoor tables, and really, it is petite inside also. The atmosphere is great. The Metro map, rustic decor, and photos of Paris transport you away. Coffee was served in a French press, and our waiter was helpful. All of our savory and sweet crepes and the poutine were fabulous! I... More

Good place to go if you're looking for a little European place. Food is good. Desserts are the best. Recommended Fromage de Chevre Crêpe.

Service was slow for everyone it seemed, although busy. I had an sidewalk seat which was very nice. But the inside was also warm and inviting, but stuffy. They had a floor rotating fan. I got the cassoulet crepe with a fried egg on top. Very yummy, but took 45 minutes to come out. Really that should be ready to... More

had dinner here the other night, restaurant was busy (good sign!) but hit it right and were seated quickly, have tables outside and inside. Service was very good, gave suggestions that a wine we selected was too dry according to other guests and recommended alternative. Described menu very well, helped us order, timing was very good with appetizer, salad and... More

Been eating there for years. On every visit to Evanston. Changed the menu. Attitude from Gustav the waiter. Food cold. Its really slid. Chicken crepes with literally no chicken. Slooooooooooooow service. Here's a crazy idea ... when you walk by a table empty handed (5-6 times) and its full of empty plates ... take the plates. Its Waitstaff 101. Its... More

Out with my daughter driving and enjoying the weather when we came upon Creperie Saint Germain. It looked so quaint we had to stop and go in. Small, but quaint restaurant with some of the best crepes for a great price. We ate lunch and felt like we were in Paris. Of course we had to have a desert crepe... More

On Tues for the “Happy Hour” – any regular crepe $7.00 and and any dessert crepe $5.00. We had the Scallop and Duck Crepes and shared the Mussels and caramelized onions, classic beef broth Onion Soup appetizers. All... More

The crepes were very good and filling--didn't have room to try the dessert ones--will have to go back. The space is very small and the tables are very close together. The noise level is high, so yes it is cozy!!

This is a great little spot right in downtown Evanston. The menu choices include authentic entree crepes and dessert crepes as well as evening specials. The pommes frites are habit forming and there is a decent wine list. In warm weather they have bistro tables on the sidewalk which provides for great people watching.

Thank Claudia M
