We've been to Benihana for about the last 6 years on my son's birthday, but this time we have several troubles with the service. I had both in the reservation and I notified the hostess when she sat us that it was my son's birthday, and at the end of dinner - they brought dessert and forgot to sing happy... More

My family loves Benihana. We have been to this location several times and have never had a bad meal. We usually opt to eat in bar area because it's fast and you don't have to worry about your kids bothering strangers at the Teppan grill. Don't get me wrong, we enjoy the grill too. I ordered the colossal shrimp and... More
Since our teen has taken an interest in all things cooking and mixology etc. his father thought he might like his birthday dinner to take place at Benihana. While checking the local one out on Google, I noted the birthday special, so signed him up. Bingo, a cert. for $30 off his birthday meal. with exp. date at end of... More
We went to Benihana for my friend birthday and the food was amazing they make the shrimp or chicken rices rice in front of you. They even do tricks with the food. The onion soup is really good and I hate onion soup. The food isn't salty it's cool with perfection. My favorite thing about it is you can get... More
Though it was a rather quiet Monday evening and not a full restaurant, service and food were very good. Our waitress was very attentive and always checked on us. Chef did a great job with his show and the food was terrific!
I've been here for family celebrations in the past so I was looking forward to my son's birthday dinner here with an 8pm reservation. Although the food was amazing & our chef, Angel, was beyond great; we felt rushed by the wait staff to finish & leave. The severs came around more then once asking if we needed boxes, seeing... More
Went to celebrate my sisters birthday Sunday. The food is always great but our waitress was bad. They but 18% gratuity on each of our bills for a tip but the service was not worth it. This is my favorite location and I come 2 -3 times a month. Not happy.
My service was not up to par. Walked in the hostess there discussing seating assignment with each other, never asked how many was in our party. Then when we get seated i asked one if the waiter where was the bathroom, got attitude with the answer. The time for the food. I didn't enjoy anything about the food at all.... More
I think the biggest difference was that this Benihana is really popular with young families. There were a lot of children around and it felt more like a McDonalds Party Place than the sophisticated atmosphere of Benihana in London. The showtime and entertainment around the Tepenyaki cooking was the same and good fun! The chefs are super talented and still... More
