High quality of food. One of our table member's steak was late. Due to this inconvenience the manager treated us to dessert. Mistakes happen,it's how you react. They reacted excellently. Dessert was delicious as well.

We enjoyed a small but generous Happy Hour menu from 4-6 PM. The bar is rather small but service is pretty good. All the specials, food and drink are $8 or $9 each. I enjoyed a Manhattan and Rose had a very special Gin and Tonic.
Tradition: it's a good thing! And how can it get any better than Christmas dinner at Ruth's Chris? We drove over the river and through the woods - oh, ALRIGHT! Let's get on with it: We began with a couple fine cocktails - see photo - and the Crab Stack, a most delicious appetizer with tasty blue crab, avocado and... More
What a disappointment! This place used to provide such a lovely dining experience. We got jammed into a loud room, though the loudest people were two of the waitstaff. I had to lean forward in my chair to hear my husband and one of the waiters reached between me and the back of my chair to grab some food from... More
Overall, the experience was not bad, but we have dined at better places in the Chicago area. Service was not great, often slow. We were sitting waiting for the next course several times. I ordered a drink that I have ordered in every other chophouse in Chicago, and this was the first time that a waiter said "I don't think... More
A co-worker and I went here for dinner not realizing you need a reservation., unless you sit at the bar. So we sat at the bar, had a few cocktails and enjoyed the company and atmosphere. The crab blt was pretty good, but the berries and cream was amazing!

They have some exceptional seafood on the menu too - the grouper and the sea bass, but if you come all the way here for a special occasion, try the steak. My favorite is the rib-eye (bone-in... More
My family took me there for Father's Day.Normally my favorite Steak House. Unfortunately that night was late and service was spotty. Two of our 6 entree's were not cooked correctly. All of my past experiences were 5 stars that night not up to their standards.
