This old style restaurant has great steaks and other foods. Not too pricey. Great service. Laid back atmosphere. Good for large groups. Southside icon.

Steaks are the best, huge in size and cooked to perfection every time !. Side dish choices are great, professional waiters and bartenders that know their stuff ! Try one of the old time ice cream drinks like a Brandy Alexander and see how perfection is ! The type of restaurant you can sit and visit with friends and not... More

The steaks are HUGE> I love the prime rib and the fried chicken is also delicious. Can't get a bad meal here.

Jack Gibbons is a old time steak house that is loaded with the vibes of steak houses of the 1960's era. It is dark and not very well lit. They have valet parking and a parking lot for those who wish to park themselves. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The food is awesome. I had a Porterhouse steak... More

The best filet I ever had. Hands down. The ribeye was also very good and all the meats cooked perfectly to our requested temperature, but the filet rocked. I loved the retro atmosphere. Things I could have done without: felt like being upsold when asked for recommendations, kinda being forgotten about by the server after ordering (the place was very... More

Dinner with my husband was perfect. We had a great table that was tucked in middle. Warm and cozy. I forgot to take pics before we started eating, so that's why you have to look closely. Lol. Delectable pork chops. Thick and juicy with perfect grilling, and seasoned to perfection. The prime rib will always be the best in our... More

Had a T-Bone steak medium rare with a baked potato. My wife had the white meat chicken. Had a great vodka martini. Hope to return again soon. Very good coffee. Jeannine was our server and was very good. Valet parking too.

Jack Gibbons has been on our list of places to try. So glad we did. Yes, it is old and dark inside but that's the charm. It was clean, they used fresh linens, and your water glasses were always filled. The food was great, drinks tasty and the Death by Chocolate was scrumptious! Everyone was polite and attentive. Our waitress... More
