A great little pub. Good food and a perfect pint. I recommend going during the daytime or off days because it gets pretty crowded with college kids otherwise. Upon saying that, they have their well known locals you will find there 7 days a week because of the quality establishment

Nothing pretentious just a nice, clean decent place with cold beer and stiff well drinks! They do healthy pours so be forewarned!

We visit Jimmy's about once a week and this place feels more like a pub where there are regulars and even if you are not, you will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. The pours are generous and the food is tasty. My husband and I have enjoyed the Irish Nachos, wings, and cheeseburger with grilled onions and pepper jack cheese. Avoid... More

Grandson's graduation. I can see why he likes it. Great prices! Have no idea if they even serve food but there is a loud bar and the back room is a quiet bar (for us grandparents)

I go to jimmies most Tuesday's after pickleball for a cold beer and dinner. I usually get wings but have tried most items on the menu. Everything is reasonably priced and both food and beer are great. Wings are not your traditional wild wing variety, no sauce bath for these jewels. Breaded with slight spice..surprisingly good, great!

The Irish beer was great, good and cold. As far as food? The bartender is also the cook. We had the cheeseburger and it was not too bad for being a premade pressed burger. Can't say it was good either. Would I order it again? No. This is NOT a place to eat. No dining room, just a small bar.... More

Jimmy is an exceptional host. Whenever I travel to visit Peoria he is gracious and kind and makes me feel like a regular. If you are coming for "cuisine" go down the road. It's Bar Food, not Top Chef. But what you will find is a great place to relax and enjoy the day with your friends.

They should really be proud of serving underage college kids, serving up crappy food. I ordered cheese fries. When they were brought to the table, the grouchy old #@%^$ had cheese in his gray beard. Hope he enjoyed them more than I did because they sucked. The burger was raw. Come on I don't want e Coli. How hard is... More

This is a great place to grab some drinks with some friends. Never a rowdy crowd, and Vince the doorman will make sure the shady people end up at Cam's down the road. I've never ordered food here, but the free popcorn and pretzels they provide are much appreciated. It can sometimes get crowded and loud, but the nice outdoor... More

When visiting Jimmy's you walk into a bar full of yesteryear. This is a true Irish Pub. Jimmy's is probably most famous for its generous cocktails. The kitchen is "always open" and the food, while not gourmet, is perfect pub food. The fish and chips are unreal. The staff is very good as well. Although there are no servers, the... More
