Wife and I stopped at this location for dinner on a Saturday. Despite arriving in the late afternoon, the place was already pretty busy with other patrons. After we were seated, it did appear that the majority of the people there for beers and socializing...moreso than the meals. Waitress was polite and friendly, although she seemed tired and harried from all the commotion. No major issues with service, but it was rather slow and sporadic. We also had to ask multiple times to get drink refills and to get the things omitted from our meals. Wife tried their steak salad, which she liked except that everything were huge chunks that needed to be cut up. I had the prime rib sandwich, which was decent but the meat seemed overcooked and the mushrooms were soggy and flavorless. Glasses of water had a really bad taste (and even worst aftertaste) to them. Food and drinks seemed rather overpriced for what you got. Portions were decent sized but nothing significant. Quality was adequate but fairly lacking. Paid more the feel and atmosphere, which was interesting and amusing. Not sure if I would be likely to go back for dinner again. Maybe visit to enjoy a couple drinks while listening to music.More

food was great but the no mask policy made us nervous. I'm not a scientist or a political activist but until I hear officially that masks don't help I think I'd like my server to wear one.

Average greasy bar food, nothing that I haven't had anywhere else. They recently started advertising "Mask Free" parties, at full capacity. I doubt they are doing contact tracing, but at least there won't be any question as to where you picked up Covid.

No masks, no social distancing, bus load of customers not wearing masks. Talk about crazy! And the food was mediocre.

We had a reservation for 20 of our biker group. They seated us out in the open area that seemed to be infested with flies. Our drink orders were taken promptly, but it took a while to order our meals. It took even longer to...get our food. Some of the food was served cold that was supposed to be hot. The people bringing the orders out from the kitchen didn't know who was supposed to get what meal and/or what sides. It took two hours to complete our dinners with the slow service.More

We drove 2 plus hours to meet up with jeeples. There were jeeps. Live music. We had a drink and bought a shirt. It has a cool vibe. It was a beautiful day for a long drive. It would be more fun with jeep obstacles...etc.More

Typical pub fare, only pricier and greasier. Most of the menu items have toilet-themed names. Hilarious, if you're 5 years old. Yawn. I won't be back.

Since I started riding in Northern Illinois, other bikers I've crossed paths with have told me I have to put Poopies on my bucket list. I finally took the time one sunny Fall Sunday and so glad I did. So many bikes and a diverse...group of people ranging from your biker clubs in full leather, tattoos and beards to your middle class husband/wife on their Goldwing and everyone in between. The place is huge to accommodate the large crowd enjoying the band, food and beer. Several bars to make it easy to grab a quick beer either indoor our on their outdoor decks. Loved the artwork and decor. Large gift shop with everything bike related. Didn't try the food figuring there may be a long wait. It was a great experience both being there and getting there.More
