This place is more a resort and would be a really good romantic getaway. Very modern with a lot of grounds around and no other places for miles. It's a brewery, distillery restaurant, bar and accomadation. Excellent views, quiet and peaceful. We were too late for the tastings so had a very nice beer out on the very big deck... More

My second visit to this brewery. Views of east coast breathtaking. The beer and wine tasting a delight. We bought some cheese and lavash to have with the wine. The restaurant is now separate to the tasting area. The young bar tender Adam, is an asset to the brewery. Very patient and obliging to customers. The tastings serves are quite... More

We nearly missed the turn off to the Iron House Brewery, all the White Sands Estate signs confused us until we realised it was all part of the same complex. The building is most impressive. Looks like an architect got it right for a change. The view is special. I love looking at the sea through a wall of glass... More

A super stylish but friendly place on the fabulous east coast of Tasmania. You have the opportunity to taste six beers , a number of wines and their own gin and vodka. Stayed for lunch and had the Sichuan Pepper Calamari washed down with two glasses of their Chardonnay.Heaven

Stopped in whilst doing the East Coast drive. Loved the whole set up, especially the building and the outlook. We stayed for a paddle, highlights were the Wheat Beer, Pale Ale and Porter. We were welcomed with genuine, relaxed yet professional service. It's well worth the stop.

Absolutely a super place to visit and dine. Best for lunch, simply because you can take in the great views. The food is superb. Don't miss the tasking plates. Can recommend to all.

Yes the views are endless. Our afternoon tea (and hot chocolate) after a quick wine tasting :) was very nice out in the deck.
