My wife and I enjoyed an extremely tasty meal today. It was our first Burmese meal and both the food and service were excellent. I ordered the Mon Hin Khar which is a fish soup. It came with a separate bowl of fried chiick peas, a hard-boiled egg, cilantro, fresh lime & red pepper flakes. It was so good. My... More

We had a lunch there. I got lemongrass soup and my friend got pork/rice/vegetables something. We also ordered appetizers. Spring rolls were ok, nothing special. Soup was too much of everything in it, shrimp/vegetables/mushrooms/noodles. The broth was awesome but the cuts of vegetables were way too big and just not ok to eat like that. My friend's beef was typical... More

A mixture of food for your authentic Asian food lover. I highly recommend the pho and the fried tofu for starters.

Burmese food can seem a bit different, even for those accustomed to Thai or Vietnamese food. Geographically, Burma (Myanmar) sits between India and Thailand. The food, too, has elements of both Indian and Thai cooking, but it quite distinct from either. Moreover, there are some pretty big regional differences in Burmese cuisine, but it is all based on freshness. There... More

A little odd! Advertised as ASIAN cuisine, trying to sell PHO! But based on the number of Burmese Customers it was worth a try. The interior is pretty plain and the décor is non-existent! Service is questionable, but the food was GREAT! Ordered the Burmese Shan Noodle dish with ground chicken! It was FANTASTIC! Don't expect to be wowed, but... More

We have been eating here at least twice a week for the last several weeks. Their fried rice is addictive!!! I love the chicken fried rice and everyone else gets the veggie fried rice which includes fried tofu. Love the pho too, although the broth was not 100% clear. The veggie samosas are the best I have tasted in years.... More

We ordered pho, chicken fried rice, fried noodles and samosas. The pho was delicious, despite the broth not being transparent. Basil and sprouts were fresh. Chicken fried rice was one of the best I've ever had. Fried noodles were also very delicious. Samosas were very delicious too, not too spicy. Pricing ranges on the lower end, although the amounts they... More

For me I always appreciate going to a restaurant that reflects the culture and pride of the owner. Going to Kimu Asian Restaurant was a real treat, the ownership have established a restaurant that is true to their heritage (Bura) and I have to say I was pleased. The place was busy, and the food was fresh and well seasoned.... More
