We always go to Gasthof when visiting family in Washington. The buffet is really great, and the shops are fun to visit.

Been here many times, We have had a wedding there, several ladies retreats, and just down right good memories with just family and friends. The food is delicious, homemade bread with amish peanut butter spread or apple butter. The buffett has something for everyone. The bakery has the largest and best flavored angel food cakes amoungst other things. The cost... More

Great food & service. The property is beautiful. Lots of handcrafted items and homemade food. The food is mostly comfort food. A motel to stay the night as well.

Good food, fresh and hot not a large buffet but there is something for everyone. There is also a salad bar, as well as some great desserts.

The place is clean and has a large selection of foods. I liked the beef tips and the ambiance of the post frame barn structure. The dining room has a cozy feel to it.

Let your belt out a notch before you head to this buffet loaded with salads, entrees, vegetables, homemade breads and homemade desserts included meringue pies. A very attentive waitress who kept our drinks filled added to the meal. Lunch menu is before 4 pm. After 4 pm on Fridays seafood is added to the buffet while on Saturdays BBQ ribs... More

My husband and I was in town hunting at a local property and decided to stop in for dinner one night. The selection was sort of small but the quality of the food made up for it. The bread and Apple butter was delicious and te coconut pie was wonderful. They was very busy on the day we went however... More

No longer Amish owned, but on the day we visited, most of the waitresses were Amish.. Our waitress was truly Amish and lives without electricity-- it had been 95 degrees in her bedroom the night before. (August). The buffet cost $11.55, plus $2.49 if you wanted a beverage. The entrees included meat loaf, noodle casserole, ham loaf, roast beef, baked... More

Went to the Amish village with my family for lunch. Very over priced for some chicken, fish, and pork chops. The food was decent. The bread was out of this world. Just expect to pay around $15 a person to make believe you are in a Amish restaurant. The deserts look authentic. The wait staff is attentive, but I in... More

My husband and I drive almost two hours to eat dinner here for special occasions...the food is so good. Everything tastes wonderful on the buffet, their iced tea is fresh and their desserts are over the top good...also included in the buffet. They have pies, cobblers, soft serve, bread pudding, you name it! Make sure to walk over to the... More
