Food was okay, this is the second time for dinner and we won’t be back. Nice inside, courteous waitress, but we over paid for food that was okay. Had to return food to the kitchen twice for not cooked properly or luke warm. They also...did not have food that was on the menu and would not substitute unless you paid an up charge. Manager was not focused on customer service. If you are going for breakfast or dessert, may be worth the visit.More

Reserved a space for group of 50 for a 65th wedding anniversary 5 weeks prior to the date needed. We had requested 2pm on a Saturday, but were refused that time and told 4pm would be the earliest we could book the room. The purpose...of 2pm was to avoid the dinner crowd, but my guess would be lack of servers at 2pm. Initially, the room we were placed in seemed to be fine, no one else outside of our group was in the area. Then we were told we could not sit in the booths because people outside of our group would be sitting there. That became a problem because in order to get to the booths, the customers and the employees had to make their way through our group. As most would imagine, a group of 50 when everyone knows each other are talking, mingling, and taking photos, as 65 years of marriage is a very big deal and not seen very often. There was clearly irritation and frustration from the customers as well as the staff as our group was in the front of the room spread from end to end with the booths at the back of the room where the customers not part of our group were sitting. Before I go on, I just want to make a point this could have been a completely different experience had leadership planned better and used their management skills to consider the flow of traffic instead of expectations that a group of 50 was going to sit quietly and staying in our seats. This clearly became an issue of concern for revenue loss versus being certain the customers had a good experience. The next issue was the service. The table I was sitting at ordered last and others in our group were boxing up their food and paying for their meals before we received our food. Some members of our group were being told they needed to leave due to being done with their meal, and again, we were just getting our food and we were all together. There were also 2 people in our group that no one ever took their order, then one of them was told by a server if she was not eating she would need to leave. The other one was told by a server, when brought to his attention his order had not been taken, that he could get him a burger. Which was then responded to with , " No thank you, I will go eat somewhere else." I would also like to add everyone complained of cold fries and the chicken was dry. The mac n cheese was reported to have been "not suitable for my pigs." Several people had to ask multiple times for drink refills and unfortunately, minimal to none was left for tips. I would have to say this unfortunate situation was definitely not fair to our group, the other customers seated in the room with us, and sadly was disrespectful to the servers who were having difficulty getting in and out of the room. And due to the lack of tips, again because of poor management, this plan failed if the intention was more revenue. I post this because I do not want any other group to have this experience, and the fact that Christos also have a banquet hall, we had all assumed management of a large group would certainly have been a breeze. Christos lost 50 customers that day, and I would imagine other customers who had a poor experience that day, and possibly servers leaving employment due to poor work environment due to poor management.More

First and definitely last time there. Was there for my parents anniversary party. Reservations were made a month ahead and they were still unprepared for us. I couldn't tell you about my food because the waitress only took my drink order and completely ignored me...when the food orders were taken. My wife arrived a little later and was told to leave because she didn't gave a food order, but they never asked her for her food order. I don't think we missed much. Most of the food that was served was cold and dry. When people in the party were done eating, they were told to leave immediately. No one was asked if they wanted desert. When I told the manager my order was never taken, he offered me a burger to go. I didn't want a burger to go, I wanted to eat with my family. They were more concerned about turn over and money than customer service and satisfaction. That's not how you win new customers. If I could give them negative stars, I would. My dinner at Bob Evens was great.More

My husband and I stopped in last night for dinner after reading the positive reviews. The restaurant is cute and clean. Friendly staff, seemed promising. Big let down. Dinner was mediocre turkey, potatoes and stuffing marginally improved from the 1970's TV dinner-only made edible because...they microwaved it after I tasted the cold offering. After seeing the impressive display of cakes and pies, we hoped dessert would be worth the calories-absolutely not. I ordered lemon meringue pie. The crust was so soggy that the liquid wept onto the plate, and the lemon filling was absolutely a solid block of a tasteless yellow rubber-like substance. I have never had worse pie anywhere, even my incompetent attempts at making one when I was 12 years old were better! Skip this place and opt for Culvers across the street.More

Our group of a 35+/- retirees met here for a breakfast get together on 2-15-2023. They had a very nice room set aside for us with coffee, waters and menus ready. The waitresses took our orders filling them quickly and correctly. The food was excellent...and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend this restaurant.More

Travelling through Indiana my sister and I stopped at Christos in Plymouth. I ordered the full slab of ribs. I enjoyed every bit of them. Was a delight and the price was very affordable. If I pass that way again, I will definitely stop again.

Probably the best place to eat in Plymouth. Had lunch and breakfast there. Potato wedges are great and they are too generous with them, great service and desserts. Also very nice ambiance throughout the restaurant. Bathrooms were spotless. Two thumbs up.

My husband and I were in town for the weekend. Heard good things about Christos, so went there for dinner. I ordered the grilled salmon salad. The salmon filet was a little fishy, and not all of the skin had been removed. I've never gotten...a salmon salad with skin on it anywhere. My husband ordered deep fried perch. It was fishy and too salty. We waited for quite a long time to get our meals even though we'd arrived well before it got busy. When we left there was a line waiting to eat there, so they must be doing something right. But it isn't the seafood.More

Resturant has a good location, regional themed decor. There is usually a wait of 5 to 10 minutes to be seated due to poor organization. Tables are usually wet or have crumbs from previous customers. Condiments such as jelly and sugar are usually not filled...do to waitresses not paying attention to the tables, or just lazy.. When I was there I observed 3 other tables that had their orders messed up. No coffee when it was requested, customer had to remind the waitress, salad didn’t show up until asked about it. No creamers when the customer requested it in the beginning. The food was hot and tasty, sometimes lacking prevention, but was filling.More

Ordered the cowboy hamburger. It is a large hamburger but must have been cooked the day before. Tasted as of it was microwaved, extremely dry and not what you expect for a $10 hamburger. It reminded me of the song “Rubber Biscuit” The atmosphere is...good, but if the rest of the food is the same, probably would not go back. Tragic, as the restaurant itself is interesting to visit. Just the food quality is low….More
