In just a few words: good food, good prices, good service, great atmosphere! Live music some nights although I have never been there for it. Love the new use for the old firehouse!

We both ordered the pulled pork lunch special and weren't disappointed. The pulled pork was absolutely delicious as were the sides. One of us got the baked beans & the other got cole slaw. I thought the glass containers the sides were served in were...More

Went with friends and had a blast. BBQ in an old firehouse with lots of blues memorabilia and a bluesy atmosphere. Taco Tuesday was most excellent. GIANT tacos with pulled pork or pulled chicken were outstanding. Nice beer selection. Great staff. Price was unbelievably reasonable....More

My friend and I shared two appetizers-- barbecue nachos, and chicken quesadillas. Plenty for both of us, and was tasty. We would order both again. We were there on a slow night. Good for us to catch up with each other without a lot of...More

On our way home from Indianapolis I googled this place and we stopped for a late lunch. There was only one other couple in the restaurant when we arrived so seating was not a problem, although we learned from the cook that in the evening...More

The décor, service and side dishes were all excellent and worth a return trip. The meat was a disappointment. The brisket had nice bark, but no smoke ring; tasted more like pot roast...if you didn't get a nice greasy piece, it was dry and over-chewy....More

Food was great and had good size portions. Definitely got full and the prices were good. I will definitely go back.

Good meal, wonderful piping-hot cheesy potatoes, and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Our meal came very quickly. I don't know when we'll get back to Richmond but we will definitely eat here again when we do return.

This was an accidental find as we were driving through the depot district. Stopped in for dinner and had a great surprise with musical entertainment that started at 8 along with history of the firehouse building and music recordings. We had the brisket stuffed potato....More

We had a delightfully fresh lunch on a road trip traveling past Richmond. Food and surroundings were great, service very prompt, prices extremely reasonable. (My hubby was disappointed that there were no fries.) I had a pork taco with black beans, tomatoes, outstanding salsa, the...More

I think they could handle the group size but if the ladies want to talk I would suggest something else. It is very noisy there. I would suggest the candle outlet off 70 near Richmond. Warm Glow is the name. They have a... More

We specialize in southern style smoked pork, chicken, and brisket, and serve it up in a comfortable, nostalgic atmosphere. Live Blues music can be enjoyed every Friday and Saturday night. We also specialize in catering. You can plan your event to take place in our banquet room, or we can cater your event at your location.
